8th Command: You do not steal! Taxes, Job, Extortion!

Leviticus 19:11

“Do not steal, do not lie, do not deceive one another.”

Usually the first thing that comes to peoples mind when they hear the word stealing is when someone robs another with a mask and gun, which everyone is already familiar with. This article is to point out other ways people are stealing and may be unaware of it.

I remember when I used to watch movies there was one called “Office Space”. It was about a guy and his friends who worked at a bank. The main character of the movie was tired of working for people, so he devised a scheme to subtly take about a fraction of a penny from millions of customers; the percentage was so small that it was supposed to go unnoticed. People will do this in churches, banks, and accounting etc. This is called embezzlement which is defined as “theft of funds placed in one’s trust or belonging to one’s employer.”

 All of this is stealing because the money that you took never belonged to you to begin with. Simply, put if anything does not belong to you then do not take it, no matter how small it may be in your sight. Taking a pencil may lead to stealing towels at a hotel, that may lead to take utensils from the workplace, and it may lead up to embezzlement or car theft.

Taxes

Then there are people who will not pay their taxes or even cheat on their taxes by claiming dependents that are NOT theirs in order to receive a bigger tax return, which is also lying and stealing.  

Mathew 22:19-21

“Show Me the coin of the tax.’ And they brought Him a silver piece. And He said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this? They said to Him, “Caesars.” And He said to them, “Then give to Caesars what is Caesars, and to ELOHIM what is ELOHIM’S.”

We pay taxes as we obey the laws of the land because we are in the world, but not a part of the world. So pay your taxes and don’t cheat as you are living in the world, but never let man’s commands override ELOHIM’s ever! There are earthly kingdoms, but YESHUA is King of heaven. We may not like to pay taxes, but YESHUA showed us to just do it. Other issues arise when people give Caesar what is Caesar’s but then turn around and give what is due to YHWH to Caesar too! Why? They trust in man who they can see, but not ELOHIM whom they haven’t seen, even though His works of creation testify of His greatness. YESHUA shows us by example to pay the tax to not cause them to stumble.

Mathew 17:24-27

“And when they came into Kephar Nahum, those who received the tax came to Peter and said, “Does your Teacher not pay the tax?” He said, “Yes.” And when he came into the house, YESHUA spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon?” From whom do the kings of the earth take toll or tax, from their own sons or from the strangers?” Peter said to Him, “From the strangers.” YESHUA said to him, “Then the sons are exempt. But lest we cause them to stumble, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you shall find a coin. Take that and give it to them for Me and you.”

Romans 13:6-7

“For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are servants of ELOHIM attending continually to these duties. Render therefore to all what is due to them: tax to whom tax, toll to whom toll, fear to whom fear, respect to whom respect.”

On your jobs (employees and companies)

There are many people in the workforce who know someone who does not do the work that is required of them, so the supervisors will put more work upon the one who is trustworthy, knowing the work will be accomplished. The lazy employee is stealing from the company because they are being paid to do nothing and the supervisor who allows this behavior is letting them steal, so they are helping the lazy one to steal.

Also, there are those who get paid to work in administrative positions but are on the computer for 6 out of the 8 hours surfing the internet, paying bills, booking vacations, making personal calls, which is also constitutes as stealing from the employer.

Piracy

Though I do not listen to, watch, or support secular music or movies and I strongly encourage all believers in YESHUA to do the same, I wanted to touch on the piracy issue. Piracy is defined as “the unauthorized use or reproduction of another’s work.” People will copy or download music illegally and the reproduction of the download is allowing people to bypass paying for the work of the artist. It cost money to record or make a movie, so if they are not getting paid then you are stealing money from them. This also applies to those who go into a movie theater and record the movie and sell it as a bootleg and then sell it on the street or out of the trunk of their cars. People that buy these movies know how they obtained it, but are willing to buy the stolen product to avoid paying the full price for it.

What about a hired worker?

If you have hired someone to do a job for you then make sure you give him the wages for his services. Do not steal and break the 8th commandment by withholding the wages you owe him.

Leviticus 19:13

“Do not oppress your neighbor and do not rob the wages of him who is hired. It is not to remain with you all night until morning.”

Deuteronomy 24:14-15

“Do not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, of your brothers or of the strangers who is in your land within your gates. Give him his wages on the same day, and do not let the sun go down on it, so that he does not cry out against you to YHWH, and it shall be sin in you?

James 5:4

“See, the wages of the workmen who mowed your fields, which you kept back, cry out. And the cries of the reapers, have reached the ears of YHWH of hosts.

Tobiyah 4:14

“Do not let the wages of any man, who has worked for you, remain with you, but give it to him from your hand; for if you serve ELOHIM, He shall also repay you. My son, be considerate in all that you do, and be wise in all your ways.”

Other scriptures about stealing and extortion

1 Corinthians 6:9-10

“Do you not know that the unrighteous shall NOT inherit the reign of ELOHIM? Do not be deceived. Neither those who whore, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, not effeminate, nor homosexuals, NOR THIEVES, nor greedy of gain, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindler (a person who uses deception to deprive someone of money or possessions shall NOT inherit of the reign of ELOHIM.”

Tobiyah 2:11-13

“And my wife Hannah took women’s work to do, and when she had sent them to the owners, they paid her wages, and also gave her a young goat as well. And when it was in my house, and began to cry, I said to her, “Where is this young goat from? Is it not STOLEN? Return it to the owners, for it is NOT LAWFUL to eat whatever is stolen.”

Tobiyah did not know the goat was given to his wife as part of her wages and she told him that the goat was not stolen. But notice how he would not even eat the goat knowing that it’s not lawful to eat what is stolen. So think of how many people steal hamburgers or food from their jobs and bring them home and eat it which is not lawful. Or those who steal TV’s, clothing items, music, furniture, etc and sell the stolen items to others are just as guilty; however most people want the cheap price and will pay for the stolen item.

Proverbs 10:2

“Treasures of wickedness (Ill-gotten treasures) are of no value, but righteousness delivers from death.”

Proverbs 20:17

“Bread gained by deceit might be sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth is filled with gravel.”

Psalms 62:10

“Do not trust in oppression (or extortion). And do not became vain in robbery…”

The definition of extortion is- the practice of obtaining something by force or threats. This falls in the category of stealing because you have forced, threatened, or blackmailed someone to give you something that did not belong to you.

Leviticus 6:1-4

“And YHWH spoke to Moses saying, “When any being sins, and committed a trespass against YHWH, and has lied to his neighbor about a deposit, or about a pledge, or about a robbery, or shall extort from his neighbor, or has found what was lost and has lied concerning it, or sworn falsely, so that he sins in regard to any one of all these that a man does, then it shall be, when he sins, and shall be guilty, that he shall return what he took by robbery, or what he has extorted, or the deposit which has deposited with him, or the lost item which he found, or all that about which he swore falsely. He shall repay its total value, add one-fifth more to it, and give it to whom it belongs, on the day of his guilt offering.”

So technically if one steals, not only are they to return the items that they stole and it’s full value, but also add one-fifth more to what they stole in order to make things right or to be made whole again.

Sirach 5:8

“Do not lay your heart upon goods acquired unrighteously (stolen), for they shall not profit you in the day of calamity.”

Exodus 22:1-2

“When a man steals an ox or a sheep, and shall slaughter it or sell it, he repays five cattle for an ox and four sheep for a sheep.”

We know in our modern day society people will steal TV’s, music, or cars that do not belong to them and sell them to someone else.

Exodus 22:7-8

“When a man gives silver or goods to his neighbor to guard, and it is stolen out of the man’s house, if the thief is found, he repays double. If the thief is not found, then the master of the house shall be brought before ELOHIM to see whether he has put his hand into his neighbor’s goods.”

YHWH has covered both bases on this one as always. If you give silver to your neighbor to hold for you and a thief steals it from him, then if the thief is found he must pay double, but if the thief is not found bring him before ELOHIM because your neighbor could have taken the money himself and said that a thief took it.

False scales

False scales is stealing because you are cheating someone out of money or a product in order to increase profits. For example, on the so-called “Black Friday” department stores and online stores will have big deals saying items are 50% off. However, most of them will mark up the price of the item to falsely reduce it back at its original price at the register, which gives the customer to think they actually saved money, when in actuality they are paying the original price for it. Another example is how companies will put three chips in a bag and fill the rest of the bag with air and sell it for full price, or cutting back the ingredients on a product but still charging the same price. Also, those who will buy up all the Clorox or water during a crisis and the sell it for triple the price because the demand is so high and there is no supply.

Even people who advertise a product as real only to find out it was fake like the olive oil scam. They charged premium price for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, yet after further investigation they found it contained 70% olive and the rest was laced with food coloring and canola oil.

Proverbs 11:1

“A false scale is an abomination to YHWH, but a perfect weight is His delight.”

Proverbs 16:11

“A right scale and balances are of YHWH, all the weights in the bag are His work.”

Proverbs 20:10

“Differing weights and differing measures, both of them are an abomination to YHWH.”

Ezekiel 45:10

“Have right scales, and a right ephah, and a right bath.”

Micah 6:11-12

“Would I be innocent with wicked scales, and with a bag of false weights? For her rich men are fill with cruel unrighteousness, and her inhabitants have spoken falsehood, and their tongue is deceit in their mouth.”

Use the example of Zacchaeus

Luke 19:8

“But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Adon (Master), “Look, Adonai (My Master), I give half of my possessions to the poor. And if I have TAKEN whatever from anyone by false accusation, I repay fourfold.”

If you know you have stolen from someone then do not harden your heart, but be like Zacchaeus who wanted to correct his wrong doing by saying he would pay four times as much.

Command 7 You do not commit adultery! Divorce and Remarriage!

Exodus 20:14

“You do not commit adultery.”

Sleeping with another man’s wife is so serious to YHWH that the Pharaoh and Abimelek almost died for taking Sarah, even though Abraham told them both that she was his sister and not his wife fearing that he would be killed. These scriptures show the severity of the situation:

Genesis 12:11-17

“And it came to be, when he was close to entering Egypt, that he said to Sarai his wife, “See, I know that you are a lovely woman to look at. And it shall be, when the Egyptians see you, that they shall say, ‘This is his wife.’ And they shall kill me, but let you live. Please say you are my sister so that it shall be well with me for your sake, and my life be spared because of you.” And it came to be when Abram came into Egypt, that the Egyptians saw the woman, that she was very lovely. And Pharaoh’s officials saw her and praised her before Pharaoh, and the woman was taken to Pharaoh’s house. Verse 17 But YHWH plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Abram’s wife.”

Genesis 20:2-7

“And Abraham said concerning Sarah his wife, “She is my sister.” And Abimelek king of Gerar sent and took Sarah. But ELOHIM came to Abimelek in a dream by night, and said to him, “See you are a dead man because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is a MAN’S WIFE.” However, Abimelek had not come near her, and he said, “YHWH, would You slay a righteous nation also? Did he not say to me, ‘She is my sister? And she, even said herself said, ‘He is my brother.’ In the integrity of my heart and in the innocence of my hands I have done this.” And ELOHIM said to him in a dream, “Though I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart, and so I kept you from sinning against Me, for this reason I did not let you touch her. And now, return the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, and let him pray for you and you live. But if you do not return her, know that you shall certainly die, you and all that are yours.”

Then Isaac the son of Abraham did the exact same thing that his dad did:

Genesis 26:7-10

“And when the men of the place asked about his wife, he said, “She is my sister.” For he was afraid to say, “She is my wife.” “Lest the men of the place should kill me for Rebecca, because she is good-looking.” And it came to be, when he had been there a long time, that Abimelek king of the Philistines looked through a window, and he watched and saw Isaac playing with Rebecca his wife. So Abimelek called Isaac and said, “See, truly she is your wife! So how could you say, ‘She is my sister?’ And Isaac said to him, “Because I said, ‘Lest I die on account of her.’” And Abimelek said, “What is this you have done to us? One of the people had almost lain with your wife, AND YOU WOULD HAVE BROUGHT GUILT ON US.”

We see how serious adultery is! Abimelek knew that guilt would have been brought upon his land even if they were unaware that Rebecca was his wife. So be careful and make sure you pray before jumping into situations with a woman and vice versa.

Sirach 23:18

“An adulterer, says thus in his heart: “Who sees me? I am surrounded with darkness. The walls cover me, and no one sees me; what do I need to fear? The Most High shall not remember my sins.” Such a man only fears the eyes of men, and does not know that the eyes of YHWH are ten thousand times brighter than the sun, watching all the ways of men, and observing the most secret places.”

The definition of adultery is: voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person who is not his or her spouse. This is where the term home-wrecker comes from, where a person would intentionally seek out married men or women with the intent to either destroy the home or have a relationship with a married person so they don’t have to worry about the commitment.

Definition of a home wrecker is: a person who is blamed for the breakup of a marriage or family, especially due to having engaged in an affair with one member of a couple.

Divorce and remarriage

Firstly, a man will leave his dad and mother and cling to his wife and the two shall become ONE flesh. So they are supposed to be one spiritually, one family, and love each other as their own being.

Genesis 2:23

“And the man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. This one is called ‘woman’, because she was taken out of man.” For this cause a man shall leave his dad and mom, and join unto his wife, and they shall become one flesh.’

Mathew 19:5-6

“For this cause a man shall leave his dad and mother and join unto his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what ELOHIM has joined together, let man no separate.

Marriage is supposed to be a holy union between man and woman as they have made a vow before YHWH. They are to be ONE flesh, which is why YESHUA says LET NO MAN (court judges too) separate what ELOHIM has joined together. Couples will go to a church to get married making a vow before ELOHIM, then run to the courts to divorce them for any reason. The courts do not uphold the law of YHWH when it comes to grounds for divorce.  YESHUA said "have you not read..?" He was saying that they should have already known the answer to that question if they had only read about it in Genesis. YESHUA points out that the plan for YHWH between man and woman is to be one flesh.

Which is why YHWH hates divorce as He states:

Malachi 2:16

“For I HATE DIVORCE,” said YHWH ELOHIM of Yisra’el, “and the one who covers his garment with cruelty,” said YHWH of hosts.”

Mathew 5:31-32

“And it has been said, ‘Whoever puts away his wife, except for the matter of whoring makes her commit adultery. AND (in addition to) whoever marries a woman who has been put away commits adultery.”

Mathew 19:7-9

“They said to Him, “Why then did Moses COMMAND to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away? He said to them, “Because of the hardness of your hearts, Moses ALLOWED you to put away your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you, whoever puts away his wife, EXCEPT on the grounds of whoring, and marries another commits adultery. And whoever marries her who has been put away commits adultery.’

Mark 10:11-12

“And He said to them, “Whoever puts away his wife and marries another commits adultery against her. And if a woman puts away her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”

Luke 16:18

“Everyone divorcing his wife and marrying another commits adultery. And everyone marrying her who is divorced from her husband commits adultery.”

It’s interesting to note that the accounts of Mark and Luke both do NOT mention “except for whoring or fornication.” Their accounts both say who ever divorces their wife and marries another commits adultery.

Never does YESHUA say that you can remarry another spouse! He is saying that if you divorce her due to her marital unfaithfulness then you will be in good standing with ELOHIM as long as you DO NOT REMARRY, although ELOHIM still doesn’t want to see divorce. Look at the wording the Pharisees used, they said Moses commanded! Then YESHUA said “allowed” meaning tolerated or put up with it due to the hardness of men’s hearts. The only example we have in the Renewed Covenant (New Testament) is Joseph and Mary.

Mathew 1:18-20

“And the birth of YESHUA ha’Mashiach was as follows: After His mother Mary was engaged to Joseph, BEFORE THEY CAME TOGETHER (sexually), she was found to be pregnant from the Ruach ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit). And Joseph her husband being righteous, and not wanting to make a show of her, had in mind to put her away secretly. But while he thought about this, see, a messenger (angel) of YHWH appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that which is in her was brought forth from the Holy Spirit.”

It’s interesting to note that Joseph was engaged to Mary, yet he was still called her husband. This shows that times have changed in our modern day society versus what the Bible says. Engagements are not taken as seriously as they were in Biblical times and we see unfaithfulness was the reason Joseph thought about putting away his engaged wife. Paul goes on further about the subject:

1 Corinthians 7:10

“And to the married I command, NOT I, but the ADON (YESHUA): a wife SHOULD NOT separate from a husband. But if she is indeed separated, let her remain UNMARRIED or be restored to favor with her husband, and let a husband NOT SEND AWAY A WIFE.”

 Paul says this command is from YESHUA and not himself that a wife should not separate from her husband, but if she leaves him then she CANNOT remarry and that a man should NOT divorce his wife. But if she works things out with her husband then she will be restored back to him. You cannot leave the marriage and go marry another person because it literally is “Til death do you part!” Married couples are bound by the Torah as long as their spouse is alive. Further proof of this is in:

1 Corinthians 7:39

“A wife is BOUND by Torah as long as HER HUSBAND LIVES, and if her husband dies, she is free to be married to whom she desires, only in the ADON.”

I just want to point out that after the husband dies, Paul says marry another only in the Adon YESHUA meaning that they would have to be a believer. As we already know that we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers.

Romans 7:1-3

“Or do you not know, brothers-for I speak to those knowing the Torah-that the Torah rules over man as long as he lives? For the married woman has been bound by Torah to the LIVING HUSBAND, but if the husband dies, she is released from the Torah of her husband. So then, while her husband lives, she shall be called an adulteress if she becomes another man’s. But if her husband dies, she is free from that Torah, so that she is not an adulteress, having become another man’s.

Sirach 23:22-27

“So it shall also be for the wife that leaves her husband, and brings forth an heir by another. For firstly, she has disobeyed the Law of the Most High (separating/divorcing her husband who is STILL LIVING based off the scriptures above); and secondly, she has trespassed against her own husband; and thirdly, she has committed whoring by ADULTERY, and brought forth children by another man. She shall be brought out in to the assembly, and inquiry shall be made of her children. Her children shall not take root, and her branches shall not bring forth fruit. She shall leave a cursed remembrance, and her reproach shall NOT BE BLOTTED OUT.”

Deuteronomy 24:1-5

“When a man takes a wife and shall marry her, then it shall be, if she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found a MATTER OF SHAMEFULNESS in her, and he shall write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand and send her out of his house, and if she left his house and went and became another man’s wife, and the latter husband shall hate her and write her a certificate of divorce, and put it in her hand and send her out of the house, or when the latter husband dies who took her to be his wife, then her former husband who sent her away is not allowed to take her back to be his wife after she has been defiled, for that would be an abomination before YHWH.”

Jeremiah 3:1-3

“If a man puts away his wife, and she goes from him and becomes another man’s does he return to her again? Would not that land be made greatly unclean? But you have committed whoring with many lovers. And would you return to Me? declares YHWH.”

The matter of shamefulness would be adultery because other than death, that’s the only reason for divorce, yes it is “Until death do you part.” As we see from the letter of Paul to Corinth and in Romans is that a woman is to remained UNMARRIED, unless she finds favor with her husband again. That way if they work things out while they are separated then they can REJOIN without being defiled and committing adultery.

However, we know that most people will begin dating while being SEPARATED which means that they are committing adultery; or if they get divorced they will marry someone else while their spouse is still living and it makes them commit adultery, why? Because they are still married to their first husband or wife in the eyes of YHWH!

As we read in Deuteronomy 24 the woman after being divorced from her first husband married another man, although she is bound by the Torah as long as her husband lives which made her an adulteress. This is why she cannot go back to her first husband because she has been defiled, and if that first husband took her back then he commits adultery. Keep this mind as we will discuss how YHWH handled this situation with Yisra’el in the next section.

Tobiyah 3:7-8

“It came to be the same day, that in Ahmetha a city of Madai, Sarah the daughter of Raguel was also reproached by her dad’s female servants; because she had been married to seven husbands, whom Ashmedai the evil spirit killed before they had lain with her. “Do you not know,” they said (female servants), “that you have strangled your husbands? You have already had seven husbands, neither were you named after any of them..” verse 17 Raphael was sent to heal them both, that is, to scale away the whiteness of Tobiyah’s eyes and to give Sarah the daughter of Raguel AS A WIFE to Tobi the son of Tobiyah…”

So this woman named Sarah had 7 husbands but all of them died because of an evil spirit and she was able to remarry ONLY after the deaths of her husband’s which released her from the Torah. So she was given to the righteous Tobiyah’s son named Tobi.

YHWH gave us the perfect example!

YHWH married Yisra’el at Sinai exchanged vows in Exodus 19:5-6:

“And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My Covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples-for all the earth is Mine-and you shall be to Me a reign of priests and a holy nation.’ Those are the words which you are to speak to the children of Yisra’el.”

Jeremiah 31:33

“Not like the Covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My Covenant which they broke, though I was a HUSBAND to them,” declares YHWH.”

Notice in verse 32 YHWH says He was a “Husband”? Therefore, Yisra’el was His wife! But due to their unfaithfulness to YHWH He divorced them in:

 Jeremiah 3:7-8

“And after she had done all these, I said ‘Return to Me.’ But she did not return. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it. And I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Yisra’el had committed ADULTERY, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah did not reverence, but went and committed whoring too.”    

Even in verse 7 she (Yisra’el) was unfaithful to Him (YHWH) by committing adultery and He did not immediately divorce her, but told her to “come back to Me”. That is love beyond comprehension and not responding with the “hardness of heart”. YHWH gave her a chance and was willing to forgive the unfaithful act; but humans are less forgiving and immediately seek a divorce. Humans see unfaithfulness and are ready to divorce, because they feel betrayed and rightly so, nobody wants to be cheated on because you wonder if you could ever trust that person again.

Even though YHWH was angry with Yisra’el He showed love despite her adultery, but when He saw that Yisra’el continued in rebellion and would not turn back then He wrote her a certificate of divorce and she continued with her many lovers and Judah saw it and did worse than Yisra’el. Which is why I believe YESHUA said “because the hardness of your hearts did He allow divorce” because they wanted to divorce their wives for ANY REASON! So the Pharisees tried YESHUA with their question.

Mathew 19:3

“And the Pharisees came to Him, trying Him, and saying to Him, “Is it right for a man to put away his wife for EVERY REASON?”

So can you remarry after divorce? I say take it the Father on any matter, but I believe that YHWH gave us the perfect example of what He expects in Genesis that two become one flesh and YESHUA restated it. YHWH illustrated how Yisra’el was unfaithful to Him and He divorces her but never married anyone else He remained unmarried, meaning that Yisra’el was always His chosen people. YHWH did not divorce Yisra’el and then replace her by finding and marrying “another chosen people”.

We read that the spouses of the marriage are bound by the Torah as long as the other spouse is LIVING even after divorce! So our ELOHIM took it up Himself by sending His Son YESHUA to die releasing Him from the Torah and becoming a New Man so He could remarry Yisra’el. It was “until death do you part” in His eyes and by doing this He would not violate His own word.

The New Covenant with the blood and resurrection of YESHUA puts the Torah on the tablets of our hearts instead of the tablets of stone and poured out the Holy Spirit on all who believe in Him, which allowed the gentiles to become ONE with the nation of Yisra’el and YESHUA is the “a light for the unveiling of the gentiles” in Luke 2:32, although there are many scriptures showing this was always a part YHWH’s plan in the Old Covenant (Exodus 12:49, Lev 19:34, Numbers 15:15-16). And the Holy Spirit would dwell within us so that we all can walk in His commandments and DO THEM! He did this all out of love for us!

Ezekiel 36:26

“And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh, and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My Law and guard My Right-Rulings and shall DO them.”

Jubilees 1:23-24

“And after this they shall turn to Me in all uprightness and with all their heart and with all their being, and I shall circumcise the foreskin of their heart and the foreskin of the heart of their seed, and I shall create in them a holy spirit, and I shall cleanse them so that they shall not turn away from Me from that day unto eternity. And their beings shall cling to Me and to all My Commands, and they shall perform My Commands, and I shall be their Father and they shall be My children.”

Hebrews 9:16-17

“For where a covenant is, it is necessary for the death of the covenanted one to be established. For a covenant over those dead is firm, since it is never valid while the covenanted one is living.”

Hebrews 12:24

“And to YESHUA the Mediator of a New Covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling which speaks better than Abel.”

Which is why YESHUA is called our Husband after remarrying Yisra’el:

2 Corinthians 11:1-2

“I would that you could bear with me in a little folly. But indeed, you are bearing with me. For I am jealous for you with a jealousy according to ELOHIM. For I gave you in marriage to ONE HUSBAND, to present you as an innocent maiden to Messiah.”

Lusting is adultery!

Sirach 9:5

“Do not stare upon a maiden, so you do not fall by that which is precious in her.” Our modern day society says it’s okay to stare, gawk, and look as long as you don’t touch, but that is not what scripture says. Satan has twisted scripture to make man justify for his “undressing” of a woman with his eyes.

Proverbs 6:25

“Do not desire her prettiness in your heart, neither let her captivate you with her eyelids.”

Mathew 5:28

“But I say to you that everyone looking at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.’

So as YESHUA said that once you lust in your heart for the woman you have already committed the act to Him.

Leviticus 18:20

“And do not have intercourse with the wife of your neighbor, to defile yourself with her.”

Deuteronomy 22:22

“When a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then BOTH of them shall die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman. Thus you shall purge the evil from Yisra’el.”

John 8:4-5

“And the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And having put her in the midst, they said to Him, “Teacher this woman was caught in the act of adultery. And in the Torah Moses commanded us that such should be stoned. What then do You say?”

The Pharisees understood the severity of the act of adultery when they brought the woman to YESHUA! But this Scripture is two-fold, firstly YESHUA said He who is without sin cast the first stone, but also the Pharisees brought the woman ONLY but did not bring the man as YHWH commanded in Deuteronomy 22:22 saying that they BOTH shall die. The Pharisees were always trying to test YESHUA’s knowledge to catch Him in a lie.

So based off these scriptures death and sexual immorality are the only ways out of marriage, but you cannot remarry another while your spouse is still living otherwise you will be committing adultery. So if you decide to divorce because of an unfaithful spouse and for that reason only, then remain unmarried as long as they are alive. Do not divorce a spouse simply because you grew apart or do not get along because these are not valid reasons and I showed with the patience of YHWH do all you can to make it work and pray for them.

Also, stay away from married flirtatious women so you won’t even be tempted.

Sirach 9:4

“Do not keep company with a flirtatious woman, lest you be taken by her attempts.”

Proverbs 7:6-27

“For at the window of my house I looked through my lattice, and I saw among the simple, I perceived among the youths, a young man lacking heart, passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house in the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark and dark night. And look, a woman met him, dressed like a whore, with a hidden heart. She was boisterous (rowdy, lively, frisky, wild) and stubborn, her feet did not stay at her own house. Now in the street, now in the square, and at every corner she lurks. And she took hold of him and kissed him; she hardened her face and said to him: “Peace offerings are with me; today I have paid my vows. Therefore I came out to meet you, to earnestly seek your face, and I found you. I have spread my bed with coverings, colored linens from Egypt. I have sprinkled my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon. Come, let us take our fill of love until morning; let us delight ourselves with love. FOR MY HUSBAND is not at home; he has gone on a long journey; he took a bag of silver with him; he comes home on the day of the covering.” With her many words she leads him astray, with her smooth lips she seduces him. He goes after her immediately, like an ox he goes to the slaughter, and as in chains, a fool to the punishment, till an arrow strikes through his liver; like a bird rushing into a snare, and did not know it would take his life.”

The perfect example of fleeing from a married one is Joseph. who blessed in everything that he did because YHWH was with him. And when he was presented with an opportunity to commit adultery with a married woman who was the wife of Potiphar, what did he do?

Genesis 39:6-14

“And he left in Joseph’s hand all he had, and he did not know what he had except for the bread that he ate. And Joseph was handsome in form and appearance. And after these events it came to be that his master’s wife lifted up her eyes to Joseph and said, “Lie with me.” But he REFUSED and said to his master’s wife, “Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has given into my hand all that he has. No one is greater in this house than I, and he has not withheld whatever from me but you, because you are HIS WIFE. And how shall I do this great evil and sin against ELOHIM? And it came to be, as she spoke to Joseph day by day, that he did not listen to her, to lie with her, to be with her. And it came to be on a certain day, when Joseph went into the house to do his work, and none of the men of the house was inside, that she caught him by his garment, saying, “Lie with me.” But he left his garment in her hand, and fled and ran outside.”

If Joseph had accepted the offer to sleep with a married woman then look how many blessings he would have missed out on because of this great sin. ELOHIM made him as a dad to Pharaoh, the master of his house, the governor of Egypt being second in command, plus the entire world came to buy grain from him because of the famine, and even fulfilling the dream of his brothers bowing down to him as he was sold to the Egyptians to preserve life and to save his family. Sadly, most men would not reject a woman throwing themselves at them, but all should follow Joseph’s example.

6th Commandment you do not murder: Including Abortions and snitching!

Shalom my fellow brothers and sisters,

As you know the past several weeks I have been reporting to you all that YouTube is blocking my videos or cutting them off in the middle of recording. We know the enemy wants to block the truth at all costs, but we know he is not going to win. All praises be to YAHWEH and His Son YESHUA!

Exodus 20:13

“You do not murder.”

Genesis 9:6

“Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood is shed, for in the image of ELOHIM has He Made man.”

Jubilees 6:8

“Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed.” For in the image of ELOHIM He made man”

The first recorded murder was in Genesis and we know what YHWH said to Cain after he killed his brother Abel.

Genesis 4:3-12

“And it came to be, in the course of time, that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to YHWH. And Abel also brought of the first-born of his flock and of their fat. And YHWH looked to Abel and his offering, but He did not look to Cain and his offering. And Cain was very wroth, and his face fell. And YHWH said to Cain, “Why are you wroth? And why is your face fallen? “If you do well, is there not acceptance? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should master it.” And Cain told Abel his brother. “Come, let us go into the field.” And it came to be when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. And YHWH said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?” And he said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s guard? And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground. And now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. If you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. You shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth.”

Jubilees 4:31-32

“At the close of this Jubilee Cain was killed after him the same year; for his house fell upon him and he died in the midst of his house, and he was killed by its stones, for with a stone he had killed Abel, and by a stone he was killed in righteous judgment. For this reason it was ordained on the tablets of the heavens: With the instrument with which a man kills his neighbor with, the same shall he be killed; after the manner that he wounded him, in the manner shall they deal with him”

1 John 3:11-12

“Because this message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, not as Cain who was of the WICKED ONE and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because his works were wicked but those of his brother were righteous.”

Murder is a wicked act that is not of YHWH but from the enemy. As we know man was created in the image of ELOHIM, so when someone takes a life they are destroying someone created in His own personal image.

Deuteronomy 27:24-25

“Cursed is he who smites his neighbor secretly.’ And all the people shall say Ahmein!’ Cursed is he who takes a bribe to slay an innocent being.”

This applies to a “hit man” who is hired by taking a bribe or a payment to take the life of an innocent person and the one who hired him is as guilty just as he is; or a judge taking a bribe to execute someone when all the evidence showed he/she was innocent and pervert justice.

Jubilees 4:4-5

“And YHWH reproved Cain because of Abel, because he had slain him, and he made him a fugitive on the earth because of the blood of his brother, and he cursed him upon the earth. And on this account it is written on the tablets in the heavens, “Cursed is he who smites his neighbor treacherously (guilty of or involving betrayal or deception).” And let all who have seen and heard say, so be it (Ahmein).” And the man who has seen and not declared, let him be accursed as the other.”

So this goes against everything that people have been taught about the “snitch code”. They say snitches get stitches and if you witness a murder and testify against them, then you will end up dead; however, scripture tells us that cursed is the man who commits the murder and cursed is the man who witnessed the murder and does not tell it! That person has become an accomplice to murder and could have helped bring justice to the innocent who was slain, so in return you will be cursed. The world has been brainwashed to conceal the truth to preserve their lives and also because the world says you are not cool for snitching. The true meaning of calling darkness light and light darkness. When you are set apart from the world and belong to YESHUA you should not care what others say about you because you are to live in the world, but not be a part of the world.

John 15:18-20

“If the world hates you, know that it hated Me before you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, yet I chose you out of the world, for that reason the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they shall persecute you too. If they have guarded My Word, they would guard yours too.”

John 17:14

“I have given them Your Word, and the world hated them because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world.”

Exodus 23:7

“Keep yourself far from a false matter, and do not kill the innocent and the righteous, for I do not declare the wicked right.”

Proverbs 6:16-19

“These six YHWH hates, and seven are an abomination to Him: a proud look, a lying tongue, AND HANDS SHEDDING INNOCENT BLOOD (including abortions), a heart devising wicked schemes, feet quick to run to evil, a false witness breathing out lies, and one who causes strife among brothers.”

Jubilees 7:28-29

“For whoever sheds man’s blood, and whoever eats the blood of any flesh, shall all be destroyed from the earth. And there shall not be left any man that eats blood, or that sheds the blood of man on the earth, nor there left to him any seed or descendants living under the heavens. For they shall go into the grave, and they shall descend into the place of condemnation, and they shall be removed into darkness of the deep by a violent death.”

Romans 13:9-10

“For this, “You shall not commit adultery,” You shall not MURDER,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other command, is summed up in this word, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no evil to a neighbor. Therefore, love is completion of the Torah.”

We know ELOHIM is forgiving and merciful and that if one truly repents of any of these things that He may forgive them because He is the ultimate Judge. But why take that chance?

Galatians 1:13

“For you have heard of my FORMER BEHAVIOR in Judaism, how intensely I persecuted the assembly of ELOHIM and ravaged it.”

1 Corinthians 15:9-10

“For I am the least of the emissaries, who am not worthy to be called an emissary, because I persecuted the assembly of ELOHIM. But by the favor of ELOHIM I am what I am, and His favor toward me was not in vain, but I labored much more than they all, yet not I, but the favor of ELOHIM with me.”

1 Timothy 1:12-14

“And I thank Messiah YESHUA our Master who empowered me, because He counted me trustworthy, putting me into service, me, although I was formerly a blasphemer, and a persecutor, an insulter. But compassion was shown me because being ignorant I did it in unbelief. And the favor of our Master was exceedingly increased, with belief and love which are in Messiah YESHUA.”

YESHUA forgave Paul and used Him for His purposes; however, I would not encourage anyone to purposely take someone’s life because it is clearly a violation of the fifth commandment. I’m pointing out that YESHUA is merciful and the Judge!

Abortions

1 Enoch 69:12

“And the fifth was named Kasdeya: this is he who showed the children of men all the wicked smiting of spirits and demons, and the smiting of the embryo in the womb, that it may pass away…”

Psalms 127:3

“Look, children are an inheritance from YHWH, the fruit of the womb is the reward.”

Exodus 13:1-2

“And YHWH spoke to Moses, saying, Sanctify to Me ALL THE FIRST-BORN, the one OPENING THE WOMB among the children of Yisra’el among MAN and among beast, it is MINE.”

Luke 2:21-23

“And when eight days were completed for Him to be circumcised, His Name was called YESHUA, the Name given by the messenger before He was conceived in the womb. And when the days of her cleansing according to the Torah of Moses were completed, they brought Him to Jerusalem to present Him to YHWH-as it has been written in the Torah of YHWH, “Every male who OPENS THE WOMB shall be called Holy to YHWH.”

Abortions definitely should be avoided and we can see the demonic origin of abortions in the Book of Enoch. Children are an inheritance from YHWH and belong to Him as we see from the scriptures above; and we are created in His image; therefore, we do not know what plan YHWH had for that child to work towards his kingdom.

 For those who say that the child is not a living being in the womb are wrong because they have a heart-beat, they receive oxygen and nutrients from the umbilical cord, they can hear and they pick up on the voices of their parents in the womb, and we know from Jeremiah that YHWH formed him in the womb just as we all are. No one has the right to take a life or even vote for a party that supports this act which makes one an accomplice to murder. Most people that vote agree with 99% of a politicians policies but reject the abortion portion and rightly so!  However casting votes to get them into office allows them to get their plan accomplished and your vote propelled them into the position. So voting is choosing between two of the lesser evils, which is why I personally do not get involved with politics in any form; YESHUA is the only King we need.

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I FORMED you in the womb I knew you, and before you came out of the womb I sanctified you-I appointed you a prophet to nations.”

Ecclesiastes 11:5

“As you do not know what is the way of the wind, or HOW THE BONES GROW IN THE WOMB of her who is with child, so you do not know the works of ELOHIM who makes ALL.”

Again, if anyone has committed these acts in their youth, out of unbelief, or before they knew YESHUA, pray to Him and repent because His is forgiving and He is the ultimate Judge! This had to be addressed because there are many out there who do not believe that a child in the womb is a living being.

Other ways to commit murder

1 John 3:15

“Everyone hating his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has everlasting life staying in him.”

Mathew 5:21-22

“You heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder,’ and whoever murders shall be liable to judgment. But I say to you that whoever is wroth with his brother without a cause shall be liable to judgment. And whoever says to his brother, “Raka!” (Empty or foolish) shall be liable to the Sanhedrin. But whoever says, “You fool!’ shall be liable to fire of Gey-Hinnom”

Firstly, a majority of the world is quickly to blurt out and call someone a FOOL, but YESHUA says anyone calling someone a fool is in danger of hell’s fire and hating your brother without cause makes you a murderer just as John states in 1 John 3:15. Murder is produced from the heart and from the mouth speaks the overflow of the heart. So when you start calling someone names you are speaking how you really feel about them in your heart.

Mathew 15:18-20

“But what comes out of the mouth comes FROM THE HEART, and these defile the man. For out of the heart come forth wicked reasoning’s, MURDERS, adulteries, whorings, thefts, false witnessing, slanders.

Mathew 12:34

“Brood of adders!” How are you able to speak what is good being wicked? For the mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart.”

Sirach 34:20-22

“Whoever brings an offering from the goods of the poor, does as one that kills the son before his dad’s eyes. (Robbing the poor). The bread of the needy is their life; he who deprives him of it is a man of blood. He who takes away the livelihood of his neighbor slays him; and he who deprives the laborer of his wage is a shedder of blood.”

I know most people feel like that haven’t committed murder because they have not done it physically, but we see that hatred in your heart brings forth murder, hatred toward your brother is murder, depriving the poor of food or robbing him is murder, he who deprives his neighbor of work or something he depends on his murder, and he who cheats someone out of money by not paying them after they have done work for you is a shedder of blood as well.

Tobiyah 4:14

“Do not let the wages of any man, who has worked for you, remain with you, but give it to him from your hand; for if you serve ELOHIM, He shall also repay you. My son, be considerate in all that you do, and be wise in all your ways.”

And never commit suicide even though this is not murder, but for anyone who is contemplating about it do not do it, because our bodies are not our own!

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

“Or do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, which you have from ELOHIM, and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price, therefore esteem ELOHIM in your body and in your spirit, which are of ELOHIM.”

 Your life is a gift from ELOHIM and the Holy Spirit dwells within you; therefore, you cannot bring esteem to ELOHIM with your body by killing yourself, plus how will you have the chance to repent when you are dead?

Ezekiel 33:8-9

“When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked one, you shall certainly die! And you have not spoken to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked one shall die in his wickedness, and his blood I require at your hand.” But when you have warned the wicked to turn from his way, and he has not turned from his way, he shall die in his wickedness, but you have delivered your being.”

So if you see someone sinning and you do not speak up and warn the person, then that person will die in his wickedness and YHWH will require their blood of you, because you did not speak up. Or if YHWH shows a dream or vision to you to warn someone and you do not tell the person because you were afraid of how they might respond, then you are disobeying His command and they could have been what they needed to make a change. However if you warn the person out of love and they refuse to listen then the blood will be on their own heads. But we must always speak against sin out of love.

Command #5: Honor your dad and mom

Realistically, we should honor our parents every day to make them proud and not to disrespect those who raised us. However a majority of the world needs to be told when to respect and their love their parents on the worldly implemented “Mother’s day and Dad’s day”, which both have ties to paganism. It is the worship of The Queen of heaven and Father Sky. Huge celebrations, gifts, and cards are given to their parents on these days and most will turn around and disobey them the very next day after the pagan celebration is over with. Satan is trying to present a sort of false worship by uplifting your parents on a certain day, the same way the world uplifts and venerates themselves on their birthdays.

Jeremiah 10:2

“Thus said YHWH, “Do not learn the way of the gentiles…”

Mom’s day, dad’s day, birthdays, and holidays not found in the Bible is what the world has done and learned the way of the gentiles. The point is simply to honor them every day and not ONE day out of the year, especially on the days that they have selected because they were chosen on purpose for dark reasons. What does Scripture say about honoring your parents:

Exodus 20:12

“Respect your dad and your mother so that your days are prolonged upon the land which YHWH your ELOHIM is giving you.” Notice YHWH doesn’t say honor them one day out of the year?

Deuteronomy 5:16

“Respect your dad and your mother, as YHWH your ELOHIM has commanded you, so that your days are prolonged, and so that it is well with you in the land which YHWH your ELOHIM is giving you.”

Leviticus 19:3

“Each one of you should revere his mother and his dad, and guard My Sabbaths. I am YHWH your ELOHIM.”

Leviticus 19:32

“Rise up before the grey-headed. And you shall favor the face of an old man, and shall revere your ELOHIM. I am YHWH.”

Ephesians 6:1-3

“Children obey your parents in the Adon (Master), for this is right.” Respect your dad and mother,” which is the first Command with promise, in order that it might be well with you, and you might live long on the earth.”

Colossians 3:20

“Children, obey your parents in all, for this is well-pleasing to the Adon (Master).

Sirach 3:1-16 (Included in 1611 King James Bible)

“Hear me your dad, O children, and do accordingly, that you may be safe. For YHWH has given the dad esteem over the children, and has confirmed the authority of the mother over the sons. Whoever esteems his dad makes an atonement for his sins; and he who esteems his mother is as one who stores up treasure. Whoever esteems his dad shall have joy from his own children; and when he makes his prayer, he shall be heard. He who esteems his dad shall have a long life; and he who is obedient to YHWH shall be a comfort to his mother. He who reveres YHWH shall esteem his dad, and shall do service unto his parents, as to his masters. Esteem your dad and mother both in word and deed, that a blessing may come upon you from them. For the blessing of the dad establishes the houses of children; but the curse of the mother roots out foundations. Do not rejoice in the shame of your dad; for your dad’s shame is no esteem unto you. For the esteem of a man is from the esteem of his dad; and a mother in shame is a reproach to the children. My son, help your dad in his age, and do not grieve him as long as he lives. And if his understanding fails, have patience with him; and do not despise him when you are in your full strength. For the relief for you dad shall not be forgotten; and instead of sin, it shall be added to build you up. In the day of your affliction it shall be remembered; your sins also shall melt away, as the ice in the fair warm weather. He who forsakes his dad is as a blasphemer; and he who displeases his mother is cursed of ELOHIM.”

Sirach 7:27-28

“Esteem your dad with your whole heart; and do not forget the sorrows of your mother. Remember that you were brought forth by them; and how would you repay them what they have done for you?”

Those who completely disrespect their parents have forgotten that they can never repay them for what they have done for you. They fed you when you could not cook or do for yourself, they provided food and shelter before you knew anything about bills or money thinking that money grew on trees and ATM machines just gave out free money, they kept the lights on and the water running, they bathed you, sent you to school, helped you with homework, helped with projects that you brought to them at the last minute, brought you medicine throughout the night when you had the flu or any illness, helped you get a job, gave you advice so you could avoid pitfalls they already experienced, cosigned for you, helped you learn how to drive, bought cars for you, put clothes on your back, and so much more; as the Book of Sirach says don’t neglect your parents when you are older in their full strength and forget what they did for you.

Sirach 22:3-5

“An undisciplined man is the shame of his dad that brought him forth; and a daughter is brought forth to his loss. A wise daughter brings an inheritance to her husband; but she who lives dishonestly is her dad’s heaviness. She who is bold shames both her dad and her husband, and they both shall despise her.”

If the child of the parents is dishonest and behaving badly or uncontrollable then it will bring shame to the parents and in return they will be dishonored. Remember we must honor them and not the opposite because this affects more than yourself. Would anyone want to purposely grieve their parents?

Jubilees 7:20

“And in the twenty-eighth Jubilee Noah began to command his sons’ sons the Laws and Commands, and all the Right-Rulings that he knew, and he urged his sons to observe righteousness, and to cover the shame of their flesh, to bless their Creator, and HONOUR DAD AND MOTHER…”

 After all of these scriptures it should be clear that honoring your parents does not begin and end on the false pagan holidays of so-called “mother’s day” and “dad’s day”. As Paul said, honoring them is the first command with promise and YHWH said that you will prolong your days by obeying this command. Do all you can to help them in their time of need if you have it and do not be like the Pharisees:

Mark 7:10-11

“For Moses said, ‘Respect your dad and your mother,’ and, ‘He who curses dad or mother, let him be put to death.’ But you say, ‘If a man says to his dad or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from is, is Korban (that is, a gift),” you let him do naught at all for his dad or his mother, nullifying the Word of ELOHIM through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such-like you do.”

Korban is a gift dedicated to ELOHIM, and the Pharisees used this as a golden ticket to not help their parents by saying the money or gift was “dedicated”; so instead of honoring their parents by helping them they chose to hold on to the goods by saying it was dedicated to ELOHIM. YESHUA knew what they were doing with their deception because He knew their hearts and their hearts were set on greed and not love.

Sirach 22:9-10

“If children live decently, and have means, they shall cover the lowliness of their parents. But children, being haughty, through pride and lacking discipline, stain the nobility of their relatives.”

So do not use the Korban excuse, rather if you have means then help your parents to the best of your ability and do not despise them when you are in full strength as an adult and throw them into nursing homes because you feel like they have lived their lives which is why The Book of Sirach says the relief of your dad will not be forgotten when you don’t despise him when you are an adult in full-strength. Give your parents and call and show them that you love them, so that ELOHIM will smile upon you. Do not wait for them to pass away to tell them that you love them!

4th Command: The Sabbath Day! For Christians too!

Shalom my fellow brothers and sisters,

YouTube cut this broadcast short as well, which further backs the fact that they do not want the world to know the truth. Please share this with those who need to hear this important message.

I would like to point out that most believers will say that they believe in the 10 commandments; however, when it comes to the fourth commandment they manage to skip over it. Shouldn’t that set off an alarm?

Jubilees 1:14

“And they shall FORGET ALL My Torah and ALL My Commands and ALL My Right-Rulings, and shall go astray as to new moons, and SABBATHS, and Festivals, and Jubilees, and Laws.”

Isaiah 24:5

“For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot (Plural form of Torah), changed the Law, broken the everlasting Covenant.”

This has happened today as 99% of the world has FORGOTTEN the Torah and changed the Laws, especially the Sabbath Day! And all the other Sabbaths such as Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of Tabernacles, Shavuot aka Pentecost, Yom Teruah aka Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles, and the 8th Day Closing Assembly. Do Christians have to observe the fourth commandment which says Remember the Sabbath Day or Shabbat (pronounced Sha-bot) to keep it holy? Does it apply for the Jews only? Is this day more important to our Creator than believers thought? Let us examine further and follow YESHUA, The Way, The Truth, and The Life.

The Sabbath was instituted during creation!

Jubilees 2:30

“On this we (the angels) guarded the Sabbath in the heavens before it was made known to any flesh to guard the Sabbath thereon on the earth.”

Genesis 2:1-3

“Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their array. And on the seventh day ELOHIM completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And ELOHIM blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it He rested from all His work which ELOHIM in creating had made.” So YHWH created everything in 6 days and rested on the 7th during creation meaning that this day applies to ALL who want to join in covenant with Him, and the Book of Hebrews confirms this:

Hebrews 4:9-10

“So there REMAINS A SABBATH KEEPING FOR THE PEOPLE OF ELOHIM. For the one, having entered into His rest, has himself also rested from his works, as ELOHIM from His own”

We are told to enter into His rest, and rest on the Sabbath as ELOHIM did from His own work as we read in Genesis 2:2-3. And who are the people of ELOHIM as Hebrew says? Anyone who accepts YESHUA as Messiah and Son of YHWH is grafted into the Nation of Yisra’el just as a native-born (Ger). The Book of Isaiah confirms this because YHWH lists the criteria for the non-native born (gentile converts) the modern day Christians:

Isaiah 56:6

“Also the sons of the foreigner (non-native born/gentile) who join themselves to YHWH, to serve Him, and to love the Name of YHWH, to be His servants, ALL WHO GUARD THE SABBATH, AND NOT PROFANE IT, and hold fast to My Covenant...”

So as we can see that we must love the Name of YAHWEH and the Sabbath Day is for ALL who believe in YHWH and want to walk in Covenant with Him, there are no other options! And what is the Covenant we are to hold fast to? YESHUA is!

Hebrews 12:24

“And to YESHUA the Mediator of a NEW COVENANT, and to the blood of sprinkling which speaks better than Abel.”

The criteria comes as a package deal, so rejecting The Sabbath means you reject the New Covenant in blood of YESHUA as with all the other commandments! But did YESHUA keep the Sabbath? Yes! YESHUA condemned the Pharisees for their man-made traditions they added to the Sabbath making it a burden on men, they followed the Oral Law believing that YHWH gave a written Torah and an Oral Torah to Moses at Sinai. So they added many laws by the so-called “rabbis in Judaism” and added 39 prohibitions to the Sabbath saying things like you can’t write, tie your shoe, push buttons, etc. So their law was a mixture of the written Torah and flooded with more Oral Torah that they passed down from generation to generation of THEIR interpretation of the Law that they held ABOVE YHWH’s written commands.

Luke 4:16

“And YESHUA returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding country. And He was teaching in their congregations, being praised by all. And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And ACCORDING TO HIS PRACTICE, He went into the congregation on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.”

We see Luke says according to His practice, meaning that He went into the congregations every Sabbath Day! YESHUA is the written Word that became Living flesh and He wouldn’t abolish any Laws being that He is the Word Himself!

Moses knew the Sabbath before the 10 commandments!

Exodus 16:25-29

“And Moses said, “Eat it today, for today is a Sabbath to YHWH, today you do not find it in the field. Gather it six days, but on the seventh day, which is the Sabbath, there is none.” And it came to be that some of the people went out on the seventh day to gather, but they found none. And YHWH said to Moses, “How long shall you refuse to guard My Commands and My TOROT? (Plural form of Torah). “See, because YHWH has given you the Sabbath, therefore He is giving you bread for two days on the sixth day.”

 How did Moses know about the Sabbath in Exodus 16 before it was written four chapters later in the 10 commandments in Exodus 20? That’s because the Sabbath was instituted during creation and he understood that the Laws are eternal and must be obeyed.

Importance of the Sabbath! A sign between YHWH and His people!

The importance and meaning of the Sabbath Day to The ELOHIM of Yisra’el is established through His original ancient language, the Lashone ha’Kodesh (The Holy Tongue), which He used to speak the world into existence (Jubilees 12:25-26). The original form of this ancient language was the “Otiot” pronounced oat-tee-oat which are pictographs (signs) that express His language in picture form. The Sabbath Day using the Otiot is spelled (Taw, Beyt, Shin). It is important to remember that in Hebrew we read from right to left. To have a better idea, I have explained the meaning of the symbols below:

1.     Shin (pronounced sheen) is a picture of two front teeth which is used to separate or to cut.

2.     Beyt (pronounced bay-eat) is a picture of a house and family and represents YESHUA.

3.     Taw is a picture of two crossed wooden sticks that Christians call a cross. It is used as a sign, signature or mark.

Combining these words in His original language reveals a very important message. The Sabbath is Shin (Those who are SEPARATED from the world), Beyt (Who belong to YESHUA, who are in YHWH’s House and His family) and Taw (Those who have YHWH’s MARK, SIGNATURE.)

Putting it all together the Sabbath means: Those who have been separated from the world, who belong to YESHUA who are in YHWH’s House and His family, and those who have YHWH’s mark, sign, or signature on them. This shows the importance of this special, set apart day as it is a memorial to our Creator forever. Which is why YHWH says this is Exodus.

In Exodus 31:13-14 YHWH says:

“And you, speak to the children of Yisra’el, saying, ‘My Sabbath you are to guard, by all means, for this is a SIGN (TAW) between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, YHWH, kadosh (sanctify) you.”

Ezekiel 20:12

“And I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a SIGN between them and Me, to know that I am YHWH who makes them sanctified.”

Ezekiel 20:20

“And sanctify My Sabbaths, and they shall be a SIGN between Me and you, to know that I am YHWH your ELOHIM.” 

Jubilees 2:1

“And the messenger (angel) of the presence spoke to Moses according to the Word of YHWH, saying, “Write the complete history of the creation, how in six days YHWH ELOHIM finished all His works and all that He created, and guarded the Sabbath on the seventh day and sanctified it for ALL AGES, and appointed it as a SIGN for all His works.”

Jubilees 2:17-18

“And He gave us a GREAT SIGN-the Sabbath day that we should work, six days, but guard the Sabbath on the seventh day from all work. And all the messengers (angels) of the presence, and all the messengers of holiness-the two great classes-He has bidden us (the angels) to GUARD THE SABBATH WITH HIM (YHWH) IN THE HEAVENS AND EARTH.” Verse 28 “Everyone who observes it and guards the Sabbath thereon from all his work, shall be holy and blessed throughout all days like us.”

The Sabbath is very important as we see it’s a sign between YHWH and His people, but now we have further evidence of this importance, seeing how YHWH and the messengers are guarding the Sabbath in heaven just as we should on earth. Which is why YESHUA said in the Master’s (Lord’s Prayer) “Let your will be done on earth AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.”

 Sabbath is Hebrew for Rest which falls on Saturday (Friday evening at sunset to Saturday evening at sunset.) The Hebrew word for Sunday is “Yom Reeshone” and nowhere in scripture does YHWH or YESHUA say remember the “Yom Reeshone” to keep it holy. The enemy attempts to take the worship away from YHWH and counts on the fact that believers will say one of the common phrases, “it doesn’t matter” “I’m saved through grace alone,” “the law is done away with,” or “once saved always saved” and the most popular one “that is for the Jews only!” However, none of these sayings are scriptural based, but purely fleshly responses. Even Paul says there is only ONE belief; therefore, Paul is confirming the prophecy that YHWH gave us in Isaiah 56:6 that ALL must keep the Sabbath to belong to Him and be in Covenant with Him.

Ephesians 4:4-6

“ONE Body and ONE Ruach (Spirit), as you were called in ONE expectation of your calling; ONE ADON (Master), ONE FAITH/BELIEF, ONE IMMERSION/BAPTISM, ONE ELOHIM, and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”

So if there is only ONE faith and Paul himself kept the Sabbath that means that there is no such thing as Sunday worship NOWHERE in the Bible.

Apostle Paul kept the Sabbath!

Acts 13:42-44

“And when the Jews went out of the congregation, the gentiles begged to have these words spoken to them on the next SABBATH. And when the congregation had broken up, many of the Jews and the worshipping converts followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, were urging them to continue in the favor of ELOHIM. And on the NEXT SABBATH almost all the city came together to hear the Word of YHWH.”

Based off this passage alone we see that the gentiles who were the early converts were hearing the words of Paul and Barnanbas on the Sabbath. The early converts did not hear the words spoken by Paul or Barnabas on a Sunday. Why? The early converts saw and knew the truth (which is why they are called converts) and were attending on the Sabbath day because there is only ONE FAITH!

Acts 17:1-3

“And having passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonike, where there was a congregation of the Jews. And ACCORDING TO HIS PRACTICE, Paul went into them, and for THREE SABBATHS was reasoning with them from the Scriptures, explaining and pointing out that ha’Mashiach had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and that, “This is ha’Mashiach, YESHUA, whom I proclaim to you.”

Acts 18:1-4

“And after this Paul left Athenai and went to Korinthos. And he found a certain Jew named Aqulas, born in Pontus, who had recently come from Italia with his wife Priscilla-because Claudius had commanded all the Jews to leave Rome-and he came to them. And because he was of the same trade, he stayed with them and was working, for they were tentmakers by trade. And he was reasoning in the congregation EVERY SABBATH and won over both Jews and Greeks.”

So we Paul went into the congregations on the Sabbath as it was his custom, meaning that he did this all the time. Nowhere does it mention he went into the synagogues on Sunday. His custom of teaching in the congregation on the Sabbath is what our Messiah YESHUA did as we read in Luke 4:14-16.

Other proof of the Sunday deception!

Ezekiel 8:16

“And He brought me into the inner court of the House of YHWH. And there, at the door of the Heykal (Temple) of YHWH, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the Temple of YHWH and their faces toward the east, and they were bowing themselves eastward to the SUN.”

Many will say well I don’t physically bow down to the sun so I’m good, but the truth is that many are bowing down to the sun in the spiritual realm by pledging allegiance to whom you serve by the day of worship.

You either serve YHWH and walk in covenant with Him on the Sabbath, or you accept Sunday and pledge allegiance to the enemy. This is all about obedience and worship! Remember the commandments are how we KNOW and LOVE Him, so He wants to see who really loves Him by keeping His commandments.

2 Esdras 6:45-46

“On the fourth day You commanded that the sun should shine, and the moon give its light, and the stars should be in order; and commanded them to DO SERVICE TO MAN, who was to be made.”

Notice how the sun, moon, and stars were created to serve mankind? Yet, mankind is serving and worshiping what was created to serve us? Every culture worships the sun, which is worship of the creation instead of the Creator. Satan has made the sun the focus of creation and worship.

The Sabbath Day is the FOURTH COMMANDMENT but has been rejected by most of the world for Sun worship on Sun-day. So this makes sense that the sun, moon, and stars were created on the FOURTH DAY and that the plagues in Revelation at the sound of the FOURTH TRUMPET and the FOURTH BOWL of wrath both affects the sun, moon, and stars. Since the world has trusted and worshiped the Sun, moon, and stars then then they will be affected by them.

The result of sun worship

Revelation 8:12

‘And the fourth messenger sounded, and a third of the SUN, was struck, and third of the MOON, and a third of the STARS, so that a third of them were darkened. And a third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.”

Revelation 16:8-9

“And the fourth messenger poured out his bowl on the SUN, and it was given to him to burn men with fire. And men were burned with great heat, and they blasphemed the Name of YHWH who possesses authority over these plagues. And they did not repent, to give Him esteem.”

YHWH has His day and the enemy has his day

Isiah 14:13 says:

“You said in your heart (Satan), “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of ELOHIM; I will sit enthroned on the mount of congregation, on the sides of the north.”

 It’s a known fact that enemy wants to be worshipped as elohim, not only by the passage cited above but also because he tried to make YESHUA worship him in the wilderness. Mathew 4:9

“And he said to Him, “I will give You all these things if you will fall down and worship me.”

He tries to duplicate everything that YHWH does with enough truth and then a lie to deceive you, but notice how he will always come up short. For example, (i) the number 7 is used to represent YHWH , but Satan is marked by the number 6;  (ii) YHWH has Shabbats (Sabbath) and Satan mocks him with his Sabbats; (iii) YHWH has Passover and Satan has Easter; (iv) YHWH has Feast of Tabernacles and Satan has Thanksgiving; (v) YHWH said don’t sacrifice children yet Satan requires them. I hope I have made my point clear. But if not, let me take this opportunity to elaborate further. Deuteronomy 6:4-8 says:

“Hear, O Yisra’el: YHWH our ELOHIM, YHWH is One! And you shall love YHWH your ELOHIM with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might. And these Words which I am commanding you today shall be in your heart, and you shall impress them upon your children, and shall speak of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up, and shall BIND THEM AS A SIGN ON YOUR HAND (actions), and they shall be as FRONTLETS BETWEEN YOUR EYES (foreheads/meditating on His Word).”

Again, YHWH marks His people who keep the Sabbath and His people bind His commands as a SIGN on their foreheads and hands. How does the enemy mock this? See Revelations 13:16-17:

“And he causes all, both small and great, and rich and poor, and free and slave, to be given a mark upon their RIGHT HAND or upon THEIR FOREHEADS, and no one should be able to buy or sell except he that has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

This is about who you are pledging allegiance to! Whom are you serving? So as I stated earlier many will say well I don’t physically bow down to the sun so I’m good, but the truth is you are bowing down not only in the spiritual realm, but also with the mark upon your head and right hand because of your thoughts on serving the enemy and your actions on serving the enemy.

Let’s get back to the deception!

The Roman Catholic Church admitted they changed the day of worship from the Sabbath to Sunday[DP1] . This information can be found anywhere being that they are not trying to hide it, but boast in it. Amredeemed.com says “Prove to me from the Bible alone that I am bound to keep Sunday holy. There is no such law in the Bible. It is a law of the Catholic Church alone. The Catholic Church says, by my divine power I abolish the Sabbath day and command you to keep holy the first day of the week. And lo! The entire civilized world bows down in reverent obedience to the command of the Holy Catholic Church” (Thomas Enright, CSSR, President, Redemptorist College [Roman Catholic], Kansas City, MO Feb 18, 1884.

Cardinal Gibbons, in Faith of Our Fathers, 92nd ed. P. 89, freely admits, “You may read the bible from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day which we [the Catholic Church] never sanctify.”

“Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change [Saturday/Sabbath to Sunday] was her act…And the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things” (H.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons.).

“Sunday is our mark of authority…the church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact.” (Catholic Record of London, Ontario Sept 1, 1923.)

 However, this is not the first time this has happened. Constantine, a Roman Emperor, was a pagan sun deity worshipper who saw a flaming cross in the sky and took that as a cue to convert to Christianity but refused to leave his pagan roots. As a result, he merged the two religions (Christianity and sun worship called Mithraism), but kept his Sunday worship intact and the citizens of Rome followed.

As we can see, throughout history, the enemy, through his followers have persecuted the people of YHWH for keeping His Sabbath day! Why? Because Satan knows the truth. Remember Revelation 12:17 says this:

“And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those guarding the Commands of YHWH and possessing the witness of YESHUA ha’Mashiach.”

It’s clear that the enemy only wants to make war with those who are obeying the Commands of YHWH and believe in His Son YESHUA! If someone is not doing these requirements then Satan will not bother with them, because they are already walking in rebellion.

What does YHWH say about it?

Exodus 20:8 says:

“Remember the Sabbath day to keep it Holy (Kodesh) Six days shall you labor and do all your work, but the SEVENTH day is a Sabbath of YHWH your ELOHIM. You do not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore YHWH barak (blessed) the Sabbath day and hallowed it.”

YHWH just explained that He blessed the Sabbath (Saturday) the 7th day of the week and set apart from all the other six days. Yet, believers skip over this commandment and somehow turn the 10 commandments into the 9 commandments! YESHUA said in His closing statements at the end of Revelation 22:19, “ [I]f anyone takes away from this scroll of prophecy, ELOHIM will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, that are described in this book.” Remember, YESHUA said if you love Me you will keep my commandments (see John 14:21-24 and 1 John 5:3), so I exhort the world to start showing Him the love He deserves and start by setting aside the Sabbath.

Is the Sabbath just for the Jews?

In Leviticus 23:2, YHWH says:

“Speak to the Israelites and say to them: These are MY Appointed Times (appointments to meet with you), the Appointed Times of YHWH, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies.”

YHWH says these are MY appointed times (appointments) to meet with His people. He did not say “These are the Jewish appointed times.” These Holy Days (appointed times) are for those who say they follow YHWH and YESHUA and are joined one with Yisra’el and have become grafted in as the native-born. And amongst all these appointed times, like Passover, is the weekly 7th day Sabbath! He wants to meet with us EVERY SATURDAY, so let us keep that appointment!

Even Abraham kept the Torah and commandments before there was ever a Jew. The Jews came through Jacob who had 12 sons, known as the 12 Tribes of Israel, and one of them was named Judah (Jews).

Genesis 26:5

“Because Abraham obeyed My voice and guarded My Charge: My Commandments, My Laws, and My Torot (Torah) Instructions.”

Sirach 44:19-20

“Abraham was a great father of many people; there was none like him in esteem; who KEPT THE LAW of the Most High, and was in COVENANT with Him.”

Galatians 3:27-29

“For as many of you as were immersed (baptized) into Messiah have put on Messiah. There is not Jew nor Greek, there is not slave nor free, there is not male and female, for you are all ONE in Messiah YESHUA. And if you are of Messiah, then you are seed of Abraham, and heirs according to the promise.”

So we see that Abraham keep the Commands, Laws, and Torah of YHWH, so if we are the seed of Abraham and heirs according to the promise, then are you doing what Abraham did to walk in Covenant with YHWH?

Ephesians 2:11-19

“Therefore remember that you ONCE gentiles in the flesh (non-native born Israelite), who are called ‘the circumcision’ made in the flesh by hands, that at that time you were without Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Yisra’el and strangers from the Covenants of promise, having no expectation and without ELOHIM in the world. But now in Messiah YESHUA you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of ha’Mashiach. For He is our peace, who has made both one, and having broken down the partition of the barrier, having abolished in His flesh the enmity-the law of the commands in dogma (man-made law or authority)-so as to create in Himself one renewed man from the two, thus making peace, and to completely restore to favor both of them unto ELOHIM in one body through the stake, having destroyed the enmity by it. And having come, He brought as Good News peace to you who were far off (gentiles), and peace to those near. Because through Him we both have access to the Father by ONE Ruach (Spirit). So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of ELOHIM.”

Paul is saying that gentiles were far from the promise and Covenant but through the blood of YESHUA are now grafted into the promise and are no longer foreigners but fellow citizens of Yisra’el and therefore, a follower of The Way, The Truth, and the Life YESHUA. Being grafted in means you must obey His commandments and The Torah.

YESHUA even said in Mark 2:27, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. So The Son of Man is also Master of the Sabbath.”

YESHUA is saying that the Sabbath day was created as a gift for man to rest.  Man does not have the authority to place his own theology as to why they don’t keep it, that’s why it is not “man” for the Sabbath. Also, YESHUA is Master of The Sabbath which means He owns the Sabbath day and rules over it. He was there when The Sabbath was instituted at creation. And notice He says The Sabbath is for man and didn’t say the Sabbath is made just for Jews?The Sabbath commandment is to:

1.     Do no work (producing/production), you or your man/maidservant (Yes going shopping or dining at a restaurant fits in this category because you are causing others to work.)

2.     Set the Day apart and Keep it Holy (Exodus 20:8, Leviticus 23:3)

3.     Refrain from your interest or speaking your own idle words, just worship and praise YHWH for all He has done for you. (Isaiah 58:13-14)

4.     Assemble with believers in person or online (Leviticus 23:3)

5.     Refrain from buying or selling commerce (Jeremiah 17:19-27, Amos 8:5, Nehemiah 13:15-22).

6.     Rest

Why Sunday worship?

As mentioned in the introduction, the enemy knows that The Sabbath Day is a sign between YHWH and His people; therefore, he made a substitute to convince people that the fourth commandment of observing the Sabbath is not important and moved it to Sunday (sun-god.) so that many would rebel. Believers will also tell you that they worship on Sunday because YESHUA rose on Sunday. However, that statement simply proves that even while He was in the tomb that He continued to rest on the Sabbath and rose on the first day of week. Furthermore, that Sabbath was a High Sabbath meaning the 1st Day of Unleavened Bread which is a commanded no work day; therefore, proving He rested and honored both rest days the weekly Sabbath and the Holy Day 1st Day of Unleavened Bread. Therefore it was a Sabbath within a Sabbath and He honored both.

Believers will also say “I can worship or esteem Him on any day.” While it is true that we are to worship Him every day, ELOHIM sanctified, blessed, and commanded us to rest on the seventh day the Sabbath.

 Colossians 2:8 says

“See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary matters of the world, and not according to Messiah.”

Colossians 2:16-17

“Let no one therefore judge you in eating or in drinking, or in respect of a Festival or a new moon or Sabbaths-which are a shadow of what is to come-but the Body of ha’Mashiach.”

Paul is saying do not let anyone judge you for knowing the TRUTH, because they are a shadow of what is to come, meaning FUTURE EVENTS! For example one of the Appointed Times were are commanded to observe is the Feast of Tabernacles when we dwell in booths for 7 days, and guess what? Zechariah 14 shows that when YESHUA comes to reign for 1,000 that ALL nations will have to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles or have no rain! Therefore, proving that The Sabbath and All Holy Days and Appointed Times are a shadow of what IS TO COME!

Not once in the video did I mention the Illumaniti or the New World Order. I read only Scripture and they blocked this information. All praises be to YAHWEH and His Son YESHUA, I’m rejoicing!

 Leviticus 23:9-16

 “And YHWH spoke to Moses, saying, “speak to the children of Yisra’el, and you shall say to them, ‘When you come into the land which I give you, and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first-fruits of your harvest to the priest. ‘And he shall wave the sheaf before YHWH, for your acceptance. On the morrow after the Sabbath the priest waves it. ‘And on that day when you shall wave the sheaf, you shall prepare a male lamb a year old, a perfect one, as a burnt offering to YHWH, and its grain offering: two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to YHWH, a sweet fragrance, and its drink offering: one-fourth of a hin of wine. ‘And you do not eat bread or roasted grain or fresh grain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your ELOHIM-a Law forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. And from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, you shall count for your selves, seven completed Sabbaths. Until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath you county fifty days, then you shall bring a new grain offering to YHWH.”

 Passover was on the 7th and the 8th was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (15th day of 1st month) and we know that YESHUA rose on the 3rd day. The problem is that we have all been taught, myself included, that the third day after Pesach is first-fruits the day YESHUA rose as our first-fruits. YESHUA did rise on the third day to fulfill scripture; however, He didn’t have to be resurrected on that day to fulfill it. Reading Paul’s words we see the words “first-fruit” and automatically make the connection to the first-fruits in Leviticus 23:20. YESHUA is the first-fruits of those who have fallen asleep as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:20 meaning that those who are in the grave that lived for YESHUA will be resurrected as He was.

1 Corinthians 15:20-22

 “But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having fallen asleep. For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a Man. For as all die in Adam, so also all shall be made alive in Messiah.”

1 Thessalonians 4:16

 “Because the Adon (Master) Himself shall come down from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of a chief messenger/angel, and with the trumpet of ELOHIM, and the dead IN Mashiach shall rise first. Then we, the living who are left over, shall be caught in the clouds to meet the Adon in the air…”

Enoch 49: 1-3

 “For wisdom is poured out like water, and esteem failed not before Him for eternity. For He is mighty in all the secrets of righteousness, and unrighteousness shall disappear as a shadow, and have no continuance; because the ELECT ONE (YESHUA) stands before YHWH of hosts, and His esteem is forever and ever, and His might unto all generations. And in Him dwells the spirit of wisdom, and the spirit which gives insight, and the spirit of understanding and of might, and the spirit of THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN ALSLEEP IN RIGHTEOUSNESS.”

So do we observe first-fruits and the counting of the omer during the Feast of Unleavened Bread?

 Leviticus 23 reveals that YHWH never overlapped or mixed the Feasts. YHWH separates them by saying “AND then YHWH spoke to Moshe”. Calendars today are lumping First-Fruits in with the Feast of Unleavened Bread; therefore beginning the count on what the world knows as Easter, while the observance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is still going.

 For example most started counting the omer (the 50 day count to Shavuot/Pentecost) on April 12th, however this article will show that we are to begin counting on April 19th after The Feast of Unleavened Bread to arrive at the 15th day of the THIRD MONTH which is June 7th on our Gregorian calendars. Keep the 15th day of the 3rd month in mind because the Scriptures below will show that is the day when Shavuot is to be celebrated.

The Appointed Times are separated and do not mix or overlap!

So Passover is on the 14th day of 1st month (Abib), feast of unleavened bread is on the 15th-21st of 1st month (Abib). And First-Fruits is on the 26th day of the 1st month of (Abib) AFTER the Feast of Unleavened bread is completed; then that morrow after the Sabbath is first-fruits which is April 19th.  First-Fruits is tied to Shavuot so it cannot overlap with The Feast of Unleavened Bread, because they are separate.

 Scriptural Timeline:

The Israelites left Egypt on 15th day of 1st month which is the first day of the feast of unleavened bread:

 Exodus 12:17

 “And you shall guard the Matzah (Feast of Unleavened Bread 15th Day of 1st Month), for on this SAME DAY I brought your divisions out of the land of Egypt. And you shall guard this day throughout your generations, an everlasting Law.”

 And then exactly TWO MONTHS later on the 15th Day of the 3rd MONTH the Israelites arrive at Sinai.

Exodus 19:1

“In the THIRD MONTH after the children of Yisra’el had come out of the land of Egypt, on this day (on that same day 15TH) they came to the Wilderness of Sinai.” For they departed from Rephidim, and had come to the Wilderness of Sinai, and camped in the wilderness. So Yisra’el camped there before the mountain.”

 So basically, if we don’t start the count of First-Fruits on the 26th day of 1st month to get to the 15th day of the 3rd month, then Shavuot the beginning of the barley harvest will be celebrated five days too soon, before the Israelites even entered into Sinai. The Book of Jubilees confirms this:

 Jubilees 15:1

 “And in the fifth year of the fourth week of this Jubilee, in the THIRD MONTH, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH (15th Day) Abram celebrated the Festival of the First-Fruits (Shavuot) of the grain harvest.” The Book of Enoch says there are only 30 days in a month; therefore, the middle of the month is the 15th day.

 Jubilees 16:13

 “And she bore a son in the THIRD MONTH. And in the MIDDLE OF THE MONTH (15th Day) at the time of which YHWH had spoken to Abraham, on the Festival of the First-Fruits (Shavuot) of the Harvest, Isaac was born.”

 So we see that Abraham celebrated Shavuot also known as First-Fruits in Jubilees because  the two are connected by the 50 day counting of the omer, which is why it’s important not to start counting during the Feast of Unleavened Bread because they are separated.

 The messenger/angel goes into great detail about the two-fold meaning of The Festival of Shavuot and First-Fruits together:

 Jubilees 6:15-21

“And He gave to Noah and his sons a sign that there should not be a flood on the earth again. He placed a rainbow in the cloud for a sign of the everlasting Covenant that there should not be a flood again on the earth to destroy it all the days of the earth. For this reason it is ordained and written on the tablets of the heavens, that they should celebrate the FESTIVAL OF SHAVUOT IN THIS MONTH ONCE A YEAR to renew the Covenant every year.” Verse 19 “But Abraham observed it, and Isaac, and Jacob, and his children observed it up to your days, and in your days the children of Yisra’el forgot it until you celebrated it anew on this mountain. And you shall command the children of Yisra’el to observe this Festival in all their generations for a Command unto them; one day in the year in this month (3rd MONTH) they shall celebrate the Festival. For it is the Festival of Shavuot AND THE FEAST OF FIRST-FRUITS: This Feast is twofold and double nature: according to what is written and engraved concerning it, celebrate it.”

Again, we know that this Festival/Appointed Time is in the THIRD MONTH because the beginning of Jubilees 6 says:

Jubilees 6:1

“And on the new moon of the THIRD MONTH he went out from the ark, and built an altar on the mountain.” And we have seen that Abraham celebrated Shavuot on the 15th day of the THIRD MONTH.

The Festival of Shavuot is the same festival Abraham celebrated and was called the Festival of First-Fruits because they are connected and twofold and we have to remember that we slaves in Egypt. Which I’ll cover as Shavuot approaches for us to celebrate, ELOHIM willing.

Jubilees 44:1-8

 “And Yisra’el took his journey from Haran from his house on the new moon of the THIRD MONTH, and he went on the way of Beersheba, and he offered an offering to the ELOHIM of his dad Isaac on the seventh of this month. And Jacob remembered the dream that he had seen at Beyth El, and he feared to go down to Egypt. And while he was thinking of sending word to Joseph to come to him, and that he would not go down, he remained there seven days, if it came to be he should see a vision as to whether he should remain or go down. And he celebrated the HARVEST FESTIVAL OF THE FIRST-FRUITS with old grain, for in all the land of Canaan there was not a handful of seed, for scarcity of food was over all the beasts and cattle and birds, and also over man.” And on the sixteenth (16th) YHWH appeared to him, and said to him, Jacob, Jacob.” YHWH spoke to Jacob on the 16th after he celebrated Shavuot on the 15th day of 3rd month.

 So if we count the 50 days starting on April 19th (on our Gregorian calendar) which is the 26th day of the 1st month on YHWH’s calendar, then we will arrive in the middle of the 3rd MONTH (15th Day) when Abraham celebrated it, Noah, and also the same day when the children of Yisra’el entered into the wilderness of Sinai. So Shavuot will be observed this year on June 7th a NO WORK day. It is important to get the exact days of YHWH’s appointed times because this is what the messenger/angel says concerning the days of YHWH:

Jubilees 6:32-35

“And you shall command the children of Yisra’el that they observe the years according to this reckoning: THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FOUR DAYS (364 days), and these shall constitute a complete year, and they shall not disturb its time from its days and from its Festivals; for all shall fall out in them according to their witness, and they shall not leave out any day nor disturb ANY FESTIVALS. But if they neglect and do not observe them according to His Command, then they shall disturb all their seasons, and the years shall be dislodged from this order; and they shall NEGLECT THEIR LAWS. And all the children of Yisra’el shall forget, and shall not find the path of the years, and shall forget the new moons, and seasons, and Sabbaths, and they shall go astray as to all the order of the years. For I know, and from this time on I shall declare it to you, and it is not of my own devising; for the Book is written before me. And on the tablets of the heavens the division of days is ordained, lest they forget the FESTIVALS OF THE COVENANT and WALK ACCORDING TO THE FESTIVAL OF THE GENTILES after their straying and after their ignorance."

Firstly, we see how important it is to get the days right, otherwise the days will fall upon unclean days and also that YHWH only recognizes 364 days in a year and not the 365 year lie the world has been taught and follows, plus the Book of Enoch confirms the 364 days:

Enoch 74:12-14

“And the sun and the stars bring in all the years exactly, so that they do not advance or delay their position by a single day unto everlasting; but complete the years with PERFECT JUSTICE IN THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FOUR DAYS. In three years there are one thousand and ninety-two days ( 1,092 days divided by 3= 364), and in five years; one thousand eight hundred and twenty days  1, 820 days divided by 5=364), so that in eight years there are two thousand nine hundred and twelve days ( 2, 912 days divided by 8=364.)

What are we to do on it First Fruits?

As we read in Leviticus 23 that the Israelites were not to eat any grain of the new harvest until they brought their initial crops (first-fruits) and bring the barley sheaf to the priest so he could wave it before YHWH to accept the future crops and begin counting down the 50 days to the next Appointed Time which is The Festival of Shavuot aka The Festival of First Fruits aka Pentecost (50 in Greek).

Leviticus 23:14

“And you do not eat bread or roasted grain or fresh grain until the same day that you have brought AN OFFERING to your ELOHIM.”

Even if we wanted to do a burnt offering we cannot because we have no temple, we are not in Jerusalem, and we know that YESHUA gave Himself up once and for all with His own blood and not the blood of bulls and goats. This is what Paul says about how we can also apply this by living holy lives and being obedient to our ELOHIM!

Romans 12:1

“I call upon you, therefore, brothers, through the compassion of ELOHIM, to present your bodies a LIVING OFFERING-holy, well pleasing to ELOHIM-your reasonable worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you prove what is that good and well-pleasing and perfect desire of ELOHIM.”

1 Peter 2:4-5

“Drawing near to Him, a living Stone-rejected indeed by men, but chosen by YHWH and precious-you also, as living stones, are being built up, A SPIRTUAL HOUSE, a holy priesthood, to OFFER UP SPIRITUAL SLAUGHTER OFFERINGS acceptable to YHWH through YESHUA ha’Mashiach.”

A couple of ways we can apply an offering in our modern times in diaspora (scattered from Yisra’el) is to follow YESHUA and keep the commandments as a spiritual offering and others could possibly be a donation to those in need of food, an orphanage, a shelter, a food kitchen. Other than that we count down the 50 days to get to Shavuot which is on June 7th this year.

3rd Command Do not use My Name in Vain! Are you doing this?

Exodus 20:7

“You do not bring the NAME of YHWH your ELOHIM to naught, for YHWH does not leave the one unpunished who brings His NAME to naught.”

Sirach 23:10

“For as a servant that is continually beaten shall not be without a bruise; so he who swears NAMING ELOHIM continually shall not be guiltless.”

Would it shock you to find out that Our Creator Has a personal Name like you do? Right here in the 10 commandments, YHWH tells us that He has a personal Name! So why haven’t believers been taught His Name? Why was His Name removed from His own Book, The Hebrew Scriptures (The Bible)? The world has been taught to replace YHWH’s Name with titles like Lord or God. We as humans get upset when someone won’t call us by our name, just picture someone saying “Hey come here you! Or come here human” that person would feel disrespected! So how does YHWH and His Son feel about it?

Think of it this way, if you were a cashier at a grocery store then that means your title is a “cashier”, cashier does not suddenly become your name. An example of this would be (Johnny the cashier) the same way YHWH is our ELOHIM who is ALL, The Aleph and Taw, The beginning and The End. So, we see YHWH is His Name and His Title is ELOHIM the Creator and Possessor of heaven and earth.

This article will cover the importance of YHWH’s Name, what scripture says about calling upon His Name, and other ways believers are using His Name in vain by being  liars and hypocrites.

Names in Hebrew have meaning and function!

Firstly, we can see that through deception YHWH’s Name has been removed from His own Scriptures and have been replaced with generic titles like Lord and God which are not even Names. And for those who like to swear using curse words including the Name of ELOHIM as they do so often in movies are unknowingly or knowingly bringing His Name to naught. The Hebrew Word is “Shav” Strongs #7723 which means: emptiness, vain, deceitful, deception, false, empty, lies, worthless.

Names do not mean anything to us in our modern-day society, they are used to identify someone, but in Hebrew, YHWH’s original language, the pictograph (OTIOT) which means “signs” shows us the importance of names. Names in Hebrew have meaning and function and conveys the real meaning YHWH wanted to get across in His language.

Sirach 1 in the Prologue says:

“Therefore let me plead that you read it with good intent and attention, and to pardon us for where we may seem to come short in some words, which we have labored to interpret. For the same words spoken in HEBREW, AND TRANSLATED In TO ANOTHER TONGUE, DO NOT HAVE THE SAME FORCE IN THEM; and not only this but the Law itself, and the prophets, and the rest of the Books, have GREAT DIFFERENCE, when they are spoken in their own language.”

Jubilees 12:25-27

“And YHWH ELOHIM said, “Open his (Abraham’s) mouth and his ears, that he may hear and speak with his mouth, with the LANGUAGE which has been revealed.” For it had ceased from the mouths of all the children of men from the day of the overthrow (Genesis 11 Tower of Babel). And I (the messenger/angel) opened his mouth, and his ears and his lips, and I began to speak with him in HEBREW in the TONGUE OF THE CREATION.”

Yes, YHWH confounded the languages in Genesis 11, so all the languages are from Him, but I truly believe He wants us to seek Him and speak His language the best we can, because as you see from the Scriptures above, that Hebrew translated into other languages don’t have the same force.

YHWH’s Name (Yod-Hey-Waw-Hey) means He does His work through His Ruach (Spirit), pitching His tent with you, expecting you to pitch your tent with Him in Ruach, not in the flesh.  How can you replace His powerful Name and the meaning of it and replace with a title like Lord?  YESHUA said in:

John 4:24

“Elohim is Ruach (Spirit) and those worship Him need to worship in spirit and truth.”

YHWH’s Name has power and reveals His power and will for His creation and how He does His work through The Holy Spirit. We know this as Paul writes in

Romans 8:13-14

“For if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die, but if by the Spirit (Ruach) you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live. For as many as are led by the Ruach (Spirit) of ELOHIM, these are sons of ELOHIM.”

YESHUA’s Name in Hebrew means SALVATION!

Mathew 1:21

“And she shall give birth to a Son, and you shall call His Name YESHUA for He shall save His people from their sins.”

YESHUA saved the world from sin and death so that we would die to sin and live eternally with Him. Have you ever wondered why all the Hebrew names were changed? YESHUA became Jesus (The original King James 1611 spells Jesus as (Iesus pronounced Yay-soos), Yeshayau became Isaiah, Yirmeyahu became Jeremiah, but Nebuchadnezzar, Balak, Balaam, and Og King of Bashan all stayed the same? So once their Names were removed for titles or changed to a completely different Name, then it changes the meaning bringing it to naught.

Is this nitpicking or is it part of what we need to know for our Salvation?

Revelation 14:1

“And I looked and saw a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s NAME written upon their foreheads.”

How can our Father’s Name be written on your forehead if you never knew what His Name was?

Revelation 22:4

“And they shall see His face, and His Name be upon their foreheads.”

Revelation 9:4

“And it was said to them that they shall not harm the grass of the earth, or anything green, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of YHWH upon their foreheads.” The seal upon the foreheads as we see is His Name.

Exodus 28:36-38

“And you shall make a plate of clean gold and engrave on it, like the engraving of a signet: HOLINESS TO YHWH. “And you shall put it on a blue cord, and it shall be on the turban-it is to be on the front of the turban. “And it shall be on the FOREHEAD of Aaron…”

As we can see in Exodus, YHWH was already showing a foreshadow of His Name being on the foreheads of the High Priests and in Exodus 19:5-6, we are called to be a reign of priests and a holy nation and YESHUA is the Mediator of the New Covenant and He returns we will serve Him as kings and priests (Revelation 1:6, Revelation 5:10, Revelation 20:6).

Exodus 19:5-6

“And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My Covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples-for all the earth is Mine-and you shall be to Me a reign of priests and a holy nation.” These are the words which you are to speak to the children of Yisra’el.”

Isaiah 56:6

“Also the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to YHWH, to serve Him, and to LOVE THE NAME OF YHWH, to be His servants, all who guard the Sabbath, and not profane it, and hold fast to My Covenant…”

So part of joining yourself to YHWH is loving His Name, NOT profaning the Sabbath, and holding fast to His Covenant through the blood of YESHUA.

So the Name of YHWH is His mark on our foreheads and we must love the Name of YHWH. Plus the Sabbath Day is His Sign between He and His people (Exodus 31:13 and Ezekiel 20:12.) Both of these are very important as the world has learned to reject them both! Trust me, Satan does not want you to know the Only Name that can save you, yes His Name and His Sabbath’s are that important!

Acts 4:12

“Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

Notice Acts 4:12 says there is no other Name (singular) and not Names? This again shows the importance of His Name.

YHWH is patient but wants us to come to the truth!

Acts 17:30

“Truly, then, having overlooked these times of ignorance, Elohim now commands ALL men everywhere to repent…”

Firstly, I would like to say that The Most High YHWH knows what is in the hearts of those who are truly seeking Him, knows that we love Him, and He hears when we pray to Him, even though we may not know His Name initially. We all, myself included came to know Him as Jesus; however, He led me to call Him by the Name He was born with.

He wants us to continue to learn and dig for the truth and to come out of Babylon and her ways. Hosea 4:6 says “My people perish for their lack of knowledge.”   The saying goes “once you know better you do better.” Do not continue in tradition, especially after seeing the truth. There is a lot of deception as Satan attempts to divert us off the path of truth. 

Revelation 12:9 says

“And the great dragon was thrown out, that serpent of old, called The Devil and Satan, who leads all the world astray. He was thrown to earth, and his messengers were thrown out with him.”

“Astray” is defined as: away from the correct path or direction; into wrongdoing, into error, into sin, into iniquity, away from the straight and narrow, or away from the path of righteousness.

The world has started to pull The Creator of Heaven and earth down to their level instead of climbing to get to His. We cannot forget that we serve a Holy Elohim who is worthy of praise and His mercy endures forever. We can start our personal relationship Him by knowing His Name.

Remember Deuteronomy 12:32 says

“All the Words I am commanding you, guard to do it-do not add to it nor take from it.”

Revelation 22:18-19

“For I witness to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, YHWH shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, YHWH shall take away his part from the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this Book.”

As we know many take away from The Scriptures daily, and my focus here is that many unknowingly are following in the tradition they have been taught by those who have taken AWAY from His Word, which YHWH commanded the world not to do in Deuteronomy and YESHUA in Revelation, including Their Names!

The Hebrew language has power!

 Genesis 11:1

“And it came to be, all the earth had one language and one speech.”

This passage is overlooked and emphasizes something very important. The whole world was speaking the same language and that language was what YHWH, YESHUA, and The Ruach ha’kodesh (Holy Spirit) used to speak the world into existence. That language would be Hebrew, the Lashone ha’kodesh (pronounced La-shown, ha-ko-desh, which means The Holy Tongue). Therefore, when Enosh called upon the Name of YHWH, he would have said His real actual Name which is YHWH  (YAHWEH).

Genesis 4:26 says

“And to Seth, to him also a son was born. And he called his name Enosh. Then it was begun to CALL UPON THE NAME OF YHWH.”

Jubilees 12:25-27

“And YHWH ELOHIM said, “Open his (Abraham’s) mouth and his ears, that he may hear and speak with his mouth, with the LANGUAGE which has been revealed.” For it had ceased from the mouths of all the children of men from the day of the overthrow (Genesis 11 Tower of Babel). And I (the messenger/angel) opened his mouth, and his ears and his lips, and I began to speak with him in HEBREW in the TONGUE OF THE CREATION.”

Genesis 12:8

“And from there he (Abraham) moved to the mountain east of Beyth El, and he pitched his tent, with Beyth El on the west and Ai on the east. And he built there an altar to YHWH, and CALLED ON THE NAME OF YHWH.”

Genesis 13:4

“To the place of the altar which he (Abraham) had made there at first. And there Abram CALLED ON THE NAME OF YHWH.”

Satan is hoping and banking on the fact that believers will not dig around in ELOHIM’s original language to really find out what our Father was saying to us, but  rely on watered down translations which eventually loses its meaning altogether. For example the KJV Bible leads all of YHWH’s Appointed Times as Feasts, when in actuality all of them are not feasts. Because the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) is a day of fasting so you would not be eating. The Hebrew says Appointed Times as days He wants to meet with us and not all of them require eating.

Zephaniah 3:9 saying:

“For then I shall turn unto the peoples A CLEAN LIP (PURE LANGUAGE), so that they all call on the Name of YHWH, to serve Him with one shoulder.”

The pure language He spoke was Hebrew to create the world just as the Book of Jubilees says,  the same language that was spoken by the entire world before He confused the languages in Genesis 11. We will serve Him with one shoulder meaning that we will all be one people in His eyes as they days of old. So I feel that it is important that we get back to the our Hebraic roots of our faith, walk in the ancient paths, and learn His Holy Language to the best of our ability to get the real meaning of The Names and Scripture and His Laws.

YAHWEH’S Name removed 7,000 times?

Jeremiah 23:26-27

“Till when shall it be in the heart of the prophets?-the prophets of falsehood and prophets of the deceit of their own heart, who try to make My people forget My Name by their dreams which everyone relates to his neighbor, as their fathers FORGOT My Name for Ba’al.”

Just as in the days of Jeremiah the world has removed or forgotten the Name of YHWH for Ba’al which translated into English means Lord. Tell me that isn’t true today? I hear many say “Call upon the Name of Lord”, so what is His Name?

Now if scripture tells us that Satan has deceived the whole world, then how deep does this deception go? Let us examine a few things, YHWH’s own name was removed from His own Book over 7,000 times for sinister reasons and that is because Satan does not want us to know His Name because he knows that there is power in His Name.

 So wherever you see LORD in all caps is where YHWH’s name belongs. Satan knows that calling on YHWH and YESHUA is important, but the question is, do we? As I always say, is that Satan knows what is in Scripture as he tried to use it against YESHUA in the wilderness. But, how did YESHUA respond? With Scripture by saying “It is written” because He is the written Word that became Living Flesh. We must understand His Word in order to combat the enemy.

Some in Judaism will even say that His Name is too holy to say and that tradition of men is not found in the Bible at all! They replaced YHWH with Adonai (AH-DOE-NIGH) which is a TITLE that means “My Master” and “Hashem” which literally means “The Name”! So how can “The Name” be His Name?

The proper way to use “Adonai” is by saying Adonai YHWH which means “My Master YHWH.”

 This practice was learned by the Jews while they were in Babylonian exile. The pagan nation of Babylon had a practice of not saying the name of their “gods” because they felt their names were too holy and that tradition was passed down to tell people that the pronunciation of the Name YHWH was lost or His Name is too holy to say! Yet interestingly enough, the calendar used in Judaism for the name of the months like Tammuz are the names of pagan deities. So they will say the names of foreign deities, but not YHWH. YHWH told us to call on His Name and not do as the pagan nations.

What does scripture say about calling on His name?

The Name of The Father YHWH and His Son YESHUA are important as They are ONE!

Genesis 4:26

“To Seth, to him also a son was born; and he called his name Enosh, then men began to call upon the NAME of YHWH.”

Genesis 12:8

“And from there he (Abraham) moved to the mountain east of Beyth El, and he pitched his tent, with Beyth El on the west and Ai on the east. And he built there an altar to YHWH, and CALLED ON THE NAME OF YHWH.”

Genesis 26:25

“So he built an altar there and called upon the NAME of YHWH, and pitched his tent there; 'and there Isaac’s servants dug a well.”

Psalm 105:1 and 1 Chronicles 16:8

“Oh give thanks to YHWH, call upon His NAME; make known His deeds among the peoples.”

Exodus 3:15

“And Elohim said moreover unto Moses, thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, YHWH Elohim, of your ancestors, The Elohim of Abraham, The Elohim of Isaac, and The Elohim of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my NAME for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.” Notice He didn’t say “this is my title unto all generations.”

Acts 4:12

“Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other NAME under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” What name is that?

Philippians 2:8-11 says

“And having been found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, death even of a stake. YHWH, therefore, has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name, that at the NAME of YESHUA every knee should bow, of those in the heaven and those on the earth and  of those under the earth, and every tongue should confess that YESHUA ha’ Maschiach is Master, to the esteem of YHWH the Father.”

Proverbs 30:4

“Who has gone up to the heavens and come down? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who established all the ends of the earth? What is His NAME, and what is the NAME of His Son?” YHWH and His Son’s Name is YESHUA! This is a challenge for those who don’t know His Name! Remember YHWH’s Name is His mark on your foreheads, will you use His Name?

Psalm 79:6

“Pour out Your wrath upon the nations which do not know You, And upon the kingdoms which do NOT call upon Your NAME.” This scripture is very telling! For those who do NOT call upon His Name, should that be you?

Psalm 44:5

“Through You we push our enemies; Through Your NAME we tread down those who rise up against us.”

Psalm 44:20

“If we have forgotten the NAME of our Elohim, or stretched out our hands to a foreign mighty one, would Elohim not search this out?” YHWH knows if you are not calling upon His Name or calling on a false one. Korah is saying YHWH would have known this and not approved of it.

Acts 8:37

“And Phillip said, “If you believe with all your heart, it is permitted.” And he answering, said, “I believe that YESHUA ha’Mashiach is the Son of YHWH.”

This response came from a eunuch from Kush with great authority who came to Jerusalem to worship. The point is he was from another country and said the Name of YESHUA.

Psalms 68:4

“Sing to Elohim, sing praises to His NAME. Raise up a highway for Him who rides through the deserts, by His NAME YAH, and exult before Him”

Isaiah 42:8

“I am YHWH, that is My NAME, and My esteem I do not give to another, nor My praise to idols.”

John 17:26 YESHUA says

“And I have made Your NAME known to them, and shall make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me might be in them, and I in them.”

Psalms 22:22

“I make known Your NAME to My brothers”

Lamentations 3:55

“I called on your NAME, O YHWH, out of the lowest pit.”

In the 10 Commandments YHWH says in Exodus 20:7

“You do not bring the NAME of YHWH your Elohim to naught, for YHWH does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught.” Those who brought His Name to nothing by replacing it with titles, or misrepresenting YHWH by not being a light, but claiming that you follow Him qualifies as well.

Even when we pray at night we say “Our Father who are in heaven, hallowed be thy NAME”

Other ways of using His Name in vain

If you are claiming to be a follower of YESHUA and someone says they are going to do something and don’t do it, then that person is not a person of their word, it makes one a liar.

Mathew 5:37

“But let your word ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ And what goes beyond these is from the wicked one.”

 If you aren’t loving all people, or every other word is a filthy curse word, or being a hypocrite, a false teacher leading people astray, or saying you will pray for someone but you never do it, then you are using His Name in vain! Because we are representatives of YESHUA on earth, so people should see Him in us in all that we do.

Many of people have been turned away from coming to know YESHUA because of family members and churches being the biggest hypocrites, greedy for gain, and gossipers more than those who do not know YESHUA! This turns them away from the faith and in the end bringing His Name to naught as ELOHIM’s representative on earth. Also, those in churches saying don’t commit adultery, but having affairs, others say don’t fornicate, yet they getting drunk, and feel like they can be evil 6 days out of the week and repent on 1. This is not how things work with our ELOHIM!

Romans 2:22-24

“You who say, “Do not commit adultery,” do you commit adultery? You who abominate idols, do you rob temples? You who make your boast in the Torah, through the transgression of the Torah do you disrespect ELOHIM? For “The Name of YHWH is blasphemed among the gentiles because of you,” as it has been written.

Sirach 1:29

“Do not be a hypocrite in the sight of men, and take heed what you speak.”

Sirach 32:15

“He who seeks the Law shall be filled with it; but the hypocrite shall stumble over it.”

Sirach 33:2

“A wise man does not hate the Law; but he who is a hypocrite in it, is like a ship in a storm.”

Mathew 5:16

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and esteem your Father which is in heaven.:

If a believer is not letting their light shine, but is bringing His Name to naught by being a liar or hypocrite, then others will begin to think all believers are the same; therefore, you are not being a light to the world so that they will praise YHWH. Instead the exact opposite will happen that Paul spoke of in Romans 2:22-24 and they will blaspheme His Name.

All praises be to Our Father YHWH and His Son YESHUA! YESHUA died for us so that we may live and not burn forever! He set us free from the law of sin and death by breaking the chains of Satan at the execution stake and redeeming us by His blood to our Father YHWH. Now that we know His NAME, let us pray in His NAME and strengthen our relationship with Him even further, HalleluYAH!

2nd Command No graven images: Dolls, Statues, Stuffed animals

Exodus 20:4-6

“You DO NOT MAKE for yourself a carved image, or any LIKENESS of that which is in the heavens above, or which in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth, you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, YHWH your ELOHIM, am a jealous EL (God), visiting the wickedness of the ancestors on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and guard My Commands.”

Statues of YESHUA or angels that are in the likeness of the heavens above (and we do not even know what YESHUA looks like); statues or toys of men or women: such as Barbie dolls, teddy bears, stuffed animals, statues, action figures by McFarland Toys, G.I. Joes, busts of presidents and those in the Hall of Fame are forbidden. The same for statues of birds, cattle, creeping things that are in the earth beneath; and statues or images of fish, whales, or other sea creatures that are in the waters under the earth.

So anything in the LIKENESS of YHWH’s creation like dolls which represent a human being to animal life should not be found in your homes. A Hebrew word for graven image is Pasal (paw-sal) in Strong’s #6458 which means: to hew, hew into shape, carved; short definition: cut.

Brown-Driver-Briggs defines this as: hew, hew into shape

And when YHWH said “You do not MAKE any graven image” The word for make is Asah Strong’s #6213 meaning- to make, acquire, keep, use, prepare, work, execute, fashion, bring forth, to produce, to bring about, to be made. So based of this definition graven images should not even be made to begin with unless it’s at the command of YHWH and we will discuss this later in the article.

Deuteronomy 4:15-18

“Therefore, diligently guard yourselves, for you saw NO FORM when YHWH spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire, lest you should DO CORRUPTLY and make (asah)  for yourselves a carved image in the FORM OF ANY FIGURE- the LIKENESS of MALE or FEMALE, the likeness of any beast that is on the earth or the likeness of any winged bird that flies in the heavens, the likeness of any creature that creeps on the ground or the likeness of any fish that is in the water under the earth..”

This is a very detailed command by YHWH which matches the Hebrew word Asah and Pasal about making, fashioning, bringing forth, producing, to be made. YHWH says do not make, carve, hew into shape, fashion, or produce ANY FIGURE in the likeness of any of these! Now ask yourself, do you have any of these items in your home that are carved images, busts, statutes, dolls, or figurines in the likeness of a life form that YHWH has created?

Deuteronomy 4:23-24

“Guard yourselves lest you forget the Covenant of YHWH your ELOHIM which He made with you, and shall make for yourselves a carved image in ANY LIKENESS YHWH your ELOHIM  has commanded you. For YHWH your ELOHIM is a consuming fire, a jealous EL.”

Romans 1:22-23

“Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and changed the esteem of the incorruptible ELOHIM into the LIKENESS of an image of corruptible man, and of birds and of four-footed beasts and of reptiles.”

Jubilees 11:4-5

“And they made for themselves molded images (a hollow form or matrix for giving a particular shape, to work into a shape), and they each worshipped the idol, the molded image which they had made for themselves, and they began to make CARVED IMAGES and unclean LIKENESSES, and EVIL SPIRTS ASSISTED them into committing TRANSGRESSION and uncleanness.”

Making molded images and carved images is demonic as we see from this scripture in Jubilees, because the demons assisted them in making them. YHWH said do make them at all; therefore, they wouldn’t even have the chance to think about worshiping it if it never existed in the first place. So being that the demons are the exact opposite of YHWH in direct rebellion, they want believers to rebel and help humans make these abominations and transgress against the second commandment.

The common justification is, well I don’t bow down to them!

The same way man makes justifications for breaking the Sabbath, the dietary laws, and for sin is the same way someone will justify having these carved images in their homes. YHWH clearly said do not make them in the form or LIKENESS of ANY figure, yet those who admire their images so much make statements like: “Well, I don’t bow down to them!” Man defines worship as bowing down to something, but we all know you can commit spiritual idolatry against YHWH by not being faithful to Him, including sin and you are not physically bowing down to sin; you are just committing the act. Those same believers would agree that people worship money, yet they don’t place a stack of money on an altar to worship it.

YHWH’s definition is not “dependent” on what man does, or does not do with the object. He makes NO distinction between an object that is worshipped and one that is NOT worshipped because they are simply graven images in His sight in the likeness of a LIVING BEING and from making or acquiring one (buying one.)

 The majority of the world agrees that the statues in the Catholic Churches are wrong and that they are graven images, so what is the difference of them being in their churches and believers having them in their homes? Additionally, if these graven images were never created as YHWH commanded, then the Catholic faith would never have had the opportunity to worship the image of Mary to begin with. YHWH showed NO form in the bush consumed with fire or on the mountain, because He knew that man would immediately craft an image and worship it, so they decided to settle for the golden calf.

Deuteronomy 7:25

“They carved images of their mighty ones you are to burn with fire. Do not covet the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it for yourselves, lest you be snared by it, for it is an abomination to YHWH your ELOHIM.  “And do not bring an abomination into your house, lest you be accursed like it. Utterly loathe it and utterly hate it, for it is accursed.”

We know what happens when you bring an accursed object in your home. Let’s look at:  Joshua 7:11-12:

“Israel has sinned; they have violated My covenant, which I commanded them to keep. They have taken some of the devoted things; they have stolen, they have lied, they have put them with their own possessions. That is why the Israelites cannot stand against their enemies; they turn their backs and run because they have been made liable to destruction. I will not be with you anymore unless you destroy whatever among you is devoted to destruction.” Verse 24 Then Joshua, and all Yisra’el with him, took Akan son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons.”  And Joshua said, “Why have you troubled us? YHWH troubles you today! Then all Yisra’el stoned him with stones.”

The point is when you disobey the Word of YHWH and take an item and place it among your possessions like Akan did; then it makes it harder for you to stand against your enemies amongst other things. YHWH said He was not with them until they removed the accursed items and I draw the comparison with the carved images He said do not make.

Deuteronomy 27:15

“Cursed is the man WHO MAKES a carved or molded image, an abomination to YHWH, the work of the hands of the craftsman, AND (in addition to) puts it up in secret.” And all the people shall answer and say, “Ahmein!”

Habakkuk 2:18

“Of what use shall a carved image be? For its maker has carved it: a molded image and teacher of falsehood! For the maker trusts what he has made: to make dumb idols!

So YHWH says cursed is the man who even makes a carved or molded image which is an abomination to Him AND in addition to decides to hide it. The modern day definition of a graven image is: a carved idol OR representation of a god used as an object of worship. Notice the definition says OR meaning it can be carved object like a doll OR someone could worship it too. It’s a two-fold definition and we know YHWH said do not create them to begin with.

What about the mercy seat?

Exodus 25:18-22

“And you shall make two cherubim (kerubim) of gold, make them of beaten work, at the two ends of the lid of atonement. And make on cherubim at one end, and the other cherubim at the other end. Make the cherubim from the lid of atonement, at its two ends. And the cherubim shall be spreading out their wings above, covering the lid of atonement with their wings, with their faces toward each other, the faces of the cherubim toward the lid of atonement And you shall put the lid of atonement on top of the ark, and put into the ark the Witness which I give you. And I shall meet with you there, and FROM ABOVE THE LID OF ATONEMENT, FROM BETWEEN THE TWO CHERUBIM which are on the ark of the Witness, I shall speak to you all that which I command you concerning the children of Yisra’el.”

So Moses was commanded to make cherubim (an image in heaven) on the mercy seat that sits above the Ark of the Covenant and the esteem/glory of YHWH resided in the middle of the two covering cherubim. The Ark of the Covenant was behind the 2nd veil, the Holy of Holies, where the High Priest (Kohen ha’Gadol) would enter in only ONCE a year by HIMSELF on Yom Kippur to make atonement for himself, his household, and the assembly of Yisra’el. So the High Priest was the ONLY ONE in the entire community of Yisra’el who would have seen these images of the cherubim because no one else was permitted enter into the Holy of Holies or they would die.

YHWH was bringing a piece of heaven down to earth. The mercy seat represents the throne of YHWH judging with His mercy and kindness in the middle and the two cherubim on the right and left were covering His esteem. Satan before being cast out was a covering cherub over the throne which is a high position:

Ezekiel 28:14

“You WERE the anointed cherub THAT COVERED. And I placed you, you were on the holy mountain of ELOHIM. You walked up and down in the midst of stones of fire. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until unrighteousness was found in you.”

Further evidence YHWH was bringing a copy of heaven to earth is even in our prayers, we say “Let your will be done on earth AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!” This shows that what is on earth is a shadow of what is in heaven:

Hebrews 8:1-2

“Now the summary of what we are saying is: We have such a Kohen ha’Gadol (High Priest), who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Greatness in the heavens, and who serves in the Miqdash (Temple) and of the TRUE TENT, which YHWH put up, and not man.” Verse 4-5 “For if indeed He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the Torah, WHO SERVE A COPY AND SHADOW OF THE HEAVENS, as Moses warned when he was about to make the Tent For He said, “See that you make all according TO THE PATTERN SHOWN YOU ON THE MOUNTAIN.”

Hebrews 9:23

“It was necessary, then, that the COPIES OF THE ONES OF THE HEAVENS should be cleanses with these, but the ONES OF THE HEAVENS themselves with better slaughter offerings than these.”

So we see that the earthly priests served in a copy and a shadow of the one in heaven where YESHUA serves as our High Priest! Moses didn’t have to come up with the design because YHWH showed him the one in heaven, just He did with the mercy seat. Other examples:

Revelation 11:19

“And the Mishkan (Tabernacle) of ELOHIM was opened in the HEAVENS, and the ark of His Covenant was seen in His Temple…”

Revelation 14:17

“And another messenger (angel) came out of the Mishkan (Tabernacle) WHICH IS IN THE HEAVENS, and he too held a sharp sickle.”

Revelation 15:5

“And after this I looked and saw the Temple of the Tent of Witness IN THE HEAVENS WAS OPENED.”

What about the serpent?

Numbers 21:5-9

“And the people spoke against ELOHIM and against Moses, “Why have you brought us up out of the Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and our being loathes this light bread.” And YHWH sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people. And many of the people of Yisra’el died. Then the people came to Moses, and said, “We have sinned, for we have spoken against YHWH and against you. Pray to YHWH to take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed on behalf of the people. And YHWH said to Moses, “Make a fiery serpent, and put it on a pole. And it shall be that everyone who is bitten, when he looks at it, shall live.”

John 3:14-15

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so the Son of Man has to be LIFTED UP, so that whoever is believing in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life.”

The children of Yisra’el sinned against YESHUA in the wilderness, who was the Angel of YHWH who was sent before them:

1 Corinthians 10:9

“Neither let us try Mashiach (Messiah) as some them also tried, and were destroyed by serpents.”

So He sent serpents amongst them for their sins and killed many of them, because the wages of sin is death; and we know that sin and death came into the world through the serpent. And even though the serpent represents death and sin, once it was lifted up and they looked upon it then it brought LIFE, and by it being lifted up conquered death. The serpent was a reminder of their sin and rebellion yet through mercy they were saved.  

The parallel is we look upon YESHUA to save us from death as He was lifted up on the execution stake to forgive us of our sins when we are worthy of death. So the serpent being LIFTED UP represented death but brought life was a foreshadowing of YESHUA being LIFTED UP on the stake to save us from death so that we can have everlasting life.

The foreshadow reminds me of YESHUA as the One speaking to Abraham telling him not to sacrifice his son, yet YESHUA came as The Son of YHWH to sacrifice Himself for all. He prevented Abraham from doing what He was coming to do Himself. That is true love!

Furthermore, the serpent was at the command of YHWH; therefore, there is a reason why He did it as we just discovered.

John 12:31-32

“Now is the judgment of this world, now the ruler of this world (Satan) shall be cast out. And I, if I am LIFTED UP from the earth, shall draw all unto Myself.”

DOLLS/GRAVEN IMAGE/ACTION FIGURE

We have to remember that YESHUA said that the way to heaven is hard-pressed and narrow. So ask yourself does a majority of the world have these dolls, toys, statues, busts in their homes? Yes! So isn’t that the broad path to destruction, just as those who choose to worship on Sunday instead of Sabbath?

Action figures and dolls may seem like good innocent fun for your children or as collectibles for adults, but are they what they seem? ELOHIM said do not make anything in the “likeness” of anything in the heavens above and earth beneath. 3D sculptures of humans, action figures, dolls, teddy bears, animals, fish, all wild-life etc., are all in the likeness of ELOHIM’s creation of living beings.

I strongly believe that bringing these objects into your home carries unseen spiritual forces that open up portals in your home for unclean spirits, the same way I’ve discussed how the music industry said that they take the master copy of a recorded CD and place it on an altar and summon a demon to go wherever it goes. So when you play the music you have opened up a gateway and have given the demons “legal right” to enter into your homes even if you don’t play the music. John Todd who owned the record companies before getting out of the illumaniti and later died said “The most easily deceived people are the Christians because they don’t know their own word.” This ties in to Hosea 4:6 “My people perish for their lack of knowledge.”

Even more telling is the fact that the origin for dolls started with witchcraft, voodoo, and magic arts. Just think of the word voodoo DOLL. Dolls were also used in pagan religious ceremonies. So why would a set apart believer do the same things as a pagan as doing? Come out and be separate from the rest of the world. The word holy literally means set apart, so let the people of YHWH stand out amongst the crowd, just as we are wearing tassels/fringes/tsitsit on our garments and be completely obedient to our Father YHWH and His Son YESHUA!

Passover NOT Easter! Apostle Paul observed Passover!

One of Satan’s biggest deceptions is to trick believers of The ELOHIM of Yisra’el into observing pagan days that are not commanded in scripture. And Passover is a huge one as they are all, but Satan has attempted to take YESHUA’s victory over death, our Salvation, and has the world worshipping and praising Easter bunnies that have nothing to do with our Savior. By doing so he wants to give the honor and esteem to anything but YHWH and YESHUA and has found a way to connect it to hardcore paganism.

 Satan has deceived the world just as it states in Revelation 12:9 that he has led the whole world astray. Most of the world is celebrating his counterfeit holidays called sabbats which means (a pagan gathering of witches) that mock the true Holy Days/SHABBAT’S or Moedim (Appointed times) set by YHWH. This great deception is confirmed when we read Daniel 7: 25:

“He (Satan) will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.”

As I repeat so often is that once you have accepted YESHUA as your Messiah and Savior and know that He is Son of YHWH, then you have become grafted in as ONE with the nation of Yisra’el. There is only ONE belief; therefore, proving that ALL believers in YHWH and His Son YESHUA should ALL be worshipping Him the same way!

Ephesians 4:4-6

“ONE BODY, and ONE RUACH (SPIRIT), as you also were called in ONE expectation of your calling; ONE ADON (Master)YESHUA, ONE BELIEF/FAITH, ONE IMMERSION/BAPTISM, ONE ELOHIM AND FATHER OF ALL who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” There is only ONE WAY and that is through YESHUA anything else is an imposter.

Galatians 3:27-29

“For as many of you as were immersed (baptized) into Messiah have put on Messiah. There is not Jew nor Greek, there is not slave nor free, there is not male and female, for you are all ONE in Messiah YESHUA. And if you are of Messiah, then you are SEED OF ABRAHAM, and heirs according the promise.”

So there is only ONE baptism and you were baptized into YESHUA and now belong to Him making you a seed of Abraham where there is no Jew nor Greek. So the question is are you doing what Abraham did? He obeyed the commandments before there ever was a Jew.

Genesis 26:5

“Because Abraham obeyed My voice and guarded My Charge: My Commands, My Laws, and My Torot (Plural form of Torah.)”

Sirach 44:19-20

“Abraham was a great father of many people; there was none like him in esteem; who KEPT THE LAW OF THE MOST HIGH, and was in Covenant with Him.”

Baruk 4:1-2

“This is the Book of the Commands of ELOHIM, and the Law that endures FOREVER; all those who guard it shall attain life, but those who leave it shall die. Turn, O Jacob, and take hold of it; walk in the presence of its LIGHT, that you may be illuminated.” How does Scripture define Light?

Proverbs 6:23

“For the Command is a Lamp and the Torah a LIGHT.”

So brothers and sisters walk in the light of the Torah and be illuminated by its light that leads to life. YESHUA is the written Word that became living flesh and His Light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome it. That is why Baruk says those who leave it shall die, because without YESHUA who is the Living Torah you will not attain life.  Observing Passover is a good way to begin knowing who He is and what He has done for us. So I’ll explain the origin of Easter, why you should choose Passover, YESHUA’s connection with the lamb in the Old Testament, when Passover is, what we should eat, and the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

What does Easter represent?

Easter or Ishtar, also known as Semiramis and later called the “Queen of heaven” was the widow of Nimrod and mother of Tammuz. Easter is the bare breasted pagan fertility goddess of the east. Legend has it that she came out of heaven in a giant egg, landing in the Euphrates River at sunrise on the first Sunday after the vernal equinox, busted out, and turned a bird into an egg laying rabbit.”

“To honor this event, pagan sun-worshippers would go out early in the morning and face to the east to watch their sun-god arise over the horizon before having mass (sacrifice) in which the priest of Easter would sacrifice three month old human infants and take the eggs of Easter and dip them in the blood of the sacrificed infants. The blood-red colored Easter eggs would later hatch on December 25th, the same day her son Tammuz (Ezekiel 8:14) would be born.” Which shows the pagan connection of Xmas and who really was born on that day.

 Christianity is doing nothing more than recreating pagan rituals rebranded in the name of Christianity and say they are doing it for YESHUA and you can’t do it. Now we can see why on Easter they have the egg hunt why they color the eggs, because it is a representation of the three month children they sacrificed and dipped the eggs in their blood. No one should ever look at these pagan eggs the same way after that!

Jubilees 1:9-10

“For they shall forget all My Commands, even all that I command them, and they shall walk after the gentiles (Easter is an example of that), and after their uncleanness, and after their shame, and shall serve their mighty ones. And these shall come to be an offence to them and a tribulation and an affliction and a snare. And many shall perish and they shall be taken captive, and shall fall into the hands of the enemy, because they have forsaken My Laws and My Commands, and the Festivals of My Covenant (Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread etc) and My  Sabbaths, and My Holy Place which I have sanctified for Myself in their midst….” Verse 14 “And they shall forget all My Torah and My Commands and all My Right-Rulings, and shall go astray as to NEW MOONS, and SABBATHS, and FESTIVALS, and Jubilees, and Laws.”

 YHWH says they forgot His New Moons, Sabbaths, and Festivals, which is why Paul says this:

 Colossians 2:16-17

“Let no one therefore judge you in eating and or in drinking, or in respect of a Festival or a NEW MOON OR SABBATH-which are a shadow of what is to come...” 

Meaning that YHWH expects us to observe these days. The Hebrew word for Holy Convocation is “Mikraw” which literally means a rehearsal. We are to be observing these days NOW because it will be too late when YESHUA returns: therefore, don’t let anyone judge you for knowing the TRUTH! The prophecy in Zechariah 14 is a great example of this because during the 1,000 reign, that ALL nations must come to celebrate The Feast of Tabernacles or have no rain, even the Egyptian, because it is a SHADOW of what is to come, which means that same concept applies to Passover!

Choose Passover/Pesach (Pronounced PAY-SOCK)!

Mathew 26:2 says:

“As you know, the PASSOVER is two days away and the Son of Man (YESHUA) will be handed over to be crucified.”

What is Passover? Passover is when YHWH brought the final plague upon the Egyptians because Pharaoh would not let His people go. YHWH commanded the Israelites to take a bunch of hyssop and dip in the basin with the perfect blood of lamb and strike the lentil and the two doorposts of the house so that YHWH would “Pass Over” their homes and execute judgment on the Egyptians. This event was a foreshadowing of the true perfect sacrificial lamb in YESHUA, whose perfect blood was poured out for us. The same way the perfect blood of the lamb saved Yisra’el when YHWH PASSED OVER them, is the same way when we have the perfect blood of YESHUA in our lives that sin and death PASS OVER us!

John 1:29

“On the next day John saw YESHUA coming toward him, and said, “See, the LAMB of YHWH who takes away the sin of the world!”

Exodus 12:5

“Let the LAMB be a perfect one, a year old male.” Verse 12 “And I shall pass through the land of Egypt on that night, and shall smite the first-born in the land of Egypt, both man and beast. And on all the mighty ones of Egypt I shall execute judgment. I am YHWH. And the BLOOD shall be a SIGN for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the BLOOD, I shall PASS OVER you, and let the plague not come on you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt.”

YESHUA is also described as the Lamb in the Book of Revelation saying:

Revelation 12:11

“And they overcame him because of the Blood of the LAMB because of the Word of their witness, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

Revelation 13:8

“And all those dwelling on the earth, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the slain LAMB, from the foundation of the world shall worship Him.”

Revelation 22:1 “And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of YHWH and of the LAMB.”

Another connection with YESHUA from the Old Covenant and the Renewed Covenant is:

Exodus 12:46

“It is eaten in one house, you are not to take any of the flesh (lamb) outside the house, NOR are you to BREAK ANY BONE OF IT.”

John 19:31

“The Jews asked Pilate to have THEIR LEGS BROKEN, and to be taken away. Therefore the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first, and of the other who was impaled with Him, but when they came to YESHUA and saw that He was already dead, they DID NOT BREAK HIS LEGS.”  But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and instantly BLOOD and WATER came out. And he was has seen has witnessed, and his witness is true. And he knows that he is speaking the truth, in order that you might believe. For this took place in order for the Scripture to be filled: “NOT ONE OF HIS BONES SHALL BE BROKEN.” See the connection and how it fulfills what YHWH spoke In Exodus 12:46?

Also in John 19:34 when YESHUA was pierced blood and water came out of Him. This reminds me of:

1 John 5:5-6

“Who is the one who overcomes the world but he who believes that YESHUA is the Son of YHWH? This is the One that came by WATER AND BLOOD: YESHUA ha’Mashiach, not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Ruach (Spirit) who bears witness, because the Ruach is the Truth.” (The immersion/baptism and atonement on the stake.)

YESHUA and Paul both observed Passover!

Exodus 12:14 says:

“And this day shall be unto you for a memorial: and you shall keep it a feast to YHWH throughout your generations; you shall keep it a feast by a LAW forever.”

If you notice, YHWH tells us to keep the Passover Feast throughout our generations forever. This holds true because YESHUA celebrated Passover with His disciples just as His Father commanded.

Mathew 26:18-19 says:

“And He said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand: I WILL KEEP THE PASSOVER at your house with My disciples.” And the disciples did as YESHUA had appointed them; and they made ready the Passover.”

Verse 29 is absolutely beautiful! YESHUA reveals something that a lot of people may miss after reading the passage. He says the following:

“But I say unto you, I will not drink the fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”

YESHUA just confirmed the words of Father YHWH in Exodus 12:14 that the Passover is to be kept forever; and YESHUA tells us that we will celebrate the Passover with Him when He drinks the fruit of the vine with us in His Father’s Kingdom, HalleluYAH! So, as believers we need to begin celebrating the true feast of Passover and not the counterfeit holiday of Easter.

 The problem is that Christianity through the lies of the enemy has been working hard to remove the Hebraic roots of our faith and westernize it. It baffles me because YESHUA was a Jew, which is ONE of the 12 Tribes of Yisra’el, and He spoke Aramaic/Hebrew, so it is impossible to remove the Hebraic roots of our faith.

A perfect example of this is how they call Passover “The Last Supper” as if it was just some dinner YESHUA ate before He gave Himself for us. Christianity believes that calling it Passover would mean that they acknowledge the Hebraic Roots and that they would have to actually observe Passover and not Easter. I encourage anyone to search through the Scriptures and tell me one time where Easter replaced Passover? Because even Paul observed Passover! The same Paul who Christianity says did away with the law.

1 Corinthians 5:7-8

“Therefore cleanse out the old leaven, so that you are a new lump, as you are unleavened. For also MESSIAH our PASSOVER was offered for US. So then LET US OBSERVE THE FESTIVAL (PASSOVER) not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of evil and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”

Not only did Paul remember that YESHUA is our Passover Lamb, but also told the assembly of Corinth to Observe the Festival of Passover which means Paul observed it and told the non-native born Corinthians to do the same, showing that we ALL should doing as they did.

1 Corinthians 11:23-26

“For I received from the Adon pronounced Ah-doan (Master) that which I also delivered to you: that the Adon YESHUA in the night in which He was delivered up took bread, and having given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat, this is My body which is broken for you; DO THIS IN REMEMBERANCE OF ME.” In the same way also the cup, after supper; saying, “This cup is the Renewed Covenant in My blood. As often as you drink it, DO THIS IN REMEMBERANCE OF ME.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup (Passover), you PROCLAIM THE DEATH OF THE ADON UNTIL HE COMES.”

So we see the importance of the blood of YESHUA saving us from sin and death and the bread representing His body that was broken for us and blood of the Renewed Covenant! Then Paul adds that we are proclaiming the death of YESHUA until He returns! So if we are doing this in REMEMBERANCE of YESHUA then He will be looking from heaven to see if we are REMEMBERING TO KEEP PASSOVER! I know Christianity has their own “tradition of men” called communion to remember what YESHUA did, but we have to understand that YHWH commands us to do it on a certain day once a year. Which is why He gave us Holy Days in Leviticus 23 and Deuteronomy 16 and called “Appointed Times” and “Sabbaths”. They are Appointments that YHWH and YESHUA want to meet with Their people.

Think of it this way: If a doctor says “come back and see me in two weeks and make the appointment with the receptionist” that means you have an appointment to meet him on a certain day. If you decide to show up a month later, then that means you have missed the appointment and cannot receive treatment. The same thing applies in the spiritual realm and the Covenant we are supposed to be walking in with ELOHIM to receive spiritual blessings!

And Even Josiah in the Book of Kings when he and the priest discovered The Book of The Law they celebrated it because IT IS WRITTEN! 2 Kings 23:21-23 says:

And the sovereign (Josiah) commanded all the people, saying, “Prepare the Pesach (Passover) to YHWH your Elohim, as it is written in this Book of the Covenant.” For such a Passover had not been prepared since the days of the rulers who ruled Israel, nor in all the days of the sovereigns of Israel and the sovereigns of Judah.”

What does YESHUA rising on Sunday prove?

YESHUA not rising until Sunday further proves that while He was in the Tomb He rested on the 7th Day, honoring the Sabbath Day command to rest. Furthermore, that Sabbath that He was in the tomb was a “High Sabbath” meaning that it was the 1st Day of The Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is another holy day where NO WORK is commanded! So it was a Sabbath within a Sabbath and YESHUA rested and honored both. YHWH did not raise Him up until both Sabbath rests were completed! ELOHIM is awesome!

John 19:31

“Therefore, since it was the Preparation, that the bodies should not remain on the stake on the Sabbath-for that Sabbath was A HIGH ONE (1st Day of Feast of Unleavened Bread…)

Is this matter and the words commanded in Torah that serious?

Yes! When Josiah rediscovered the Torah in The House of YHWH he said in 2 Kings 22:13

“Go inquire of YHWH for me, for the people and for all of Judah, concerning the words of this Book that has been found. For great is the wrath of YHWH that is kindled against us, because our ancestors have not obeyed the words of this Book, to do according to all that is written concerning us.”

When is Passover this year?

Passover this year is on April 7th when the sun is about to completely go down (twilight/between the evenings), but before it completely sets. The meal is eaten in haste because the Israelites fled Egypt in haste. And a way to remember what happened with the Exodus out of Egypt is by retelling the event with Scripture and having the entire family join in.

What are we supposed to eat?

Exodus 12:8-11

“And they shall eat the flesh (Lamb) on that night, ROASTED IN FIRE-with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.” Do not eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but ROASTED IN FIRE, its legs and its inward parts. And do not leave of it until morning you are to burn with fire. And this is how you eat it: your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in haste. It is the Pesach (Passover) of YHWH.

YHWH tell us to eat lamb roasted in fire (like a grill with actual charcoal and flames) unleavened bread (bread with no yeast or no baking soda etc.) and bitter herbs.

1 Esdras 1:11-12

“And according to the nobility of the ancestors before the people, to offer to YHWH, as it is written in the Book of Moses (Torah). And thus they did in the morning, and they ROASTED THE PESACH (PASSOVER) WITH FIRE, AS REQUIRED.”

Of course we are in diaspora right now, scattered to the four corners of the earth because of our ancestor’s disobedience. Meaning we aren’t in Jerusalem and there is no Temple; however, we can do ALL that we can to follow the commandments and requirements to the best of your ability. If you can get a staff to eat with the meal then why not? If you can get a whole lamb then that’s great! If, not get some lamb steaks, just make sure you are eating lamb roasted in fire as required. But remember that NONE of the meat can be kept and must be burned with fire by the morning.

Exodus 12:22

“And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin, and you, NONE OF YOU SHALL GO OUT OF THE DOOR OF HIS HOUSE UNTIL MORNING.”

As I always say we should follow the Scriptures as closely as we can, so if you are at home stay in the house and don’t go out until morning and likewise if you are staying with family or friends stay in the house until morning to fulfill the command

Right after Passover is The Feast of Unleavened Bread!

Acts 20:6-7

“And we sailed away from Philippos after the Days of Matzah (Feast of Unleavened Bread) and came to them at Troas in five days, where we stayed seven days. And on one of the Sabbaths, the disciples having gathered together to break bread, Paul, intending to depart the next day, was reasoning with them and was extending the Word till midnight.”

Just pointing out that Paul himself was with the group observing The Feast of Unleavened Bread and we see that they did not even sail until AFTER the Feast was completed.

April 8th-14th is The Feast of Unleavened Bread (7 days) and DO NOT EAT LEAVENED bread starting on Passover the 7th. The 1st and 7th Days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread are NO WORK DAYS, so that means do not work on April 8th or April 14th, 2020. I will explain more at the end.

YHWH tells us this in Exodus 12:14-20 saying:

“This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to YHWH---a LASTING LAW. For seven days you are to eat bread made without leaven. On the first day remove the leaven from your houses (April 8th), for whoever eats anything with leaven in it from the first day through the seventh day must be cut off from Israel. On the FIRST day (APRIL 8TH) hold a sacred assembly, and another one on the SEVENTH DAY (APRIL 14TH.) Do no work at all on these days, except to prepare food for everyone to eat---that is all you may do.”

YHWH also commands us to remove ALL leaven from our homes on the 1st Day of the Feast (April 8th). So we are not to leave our homes starting April 7th until the dawn or sunrise the next morning on the 8th to throw away the leaven. The definition of leaven is described below titled “What is leaven?”

“Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread, because it was on this very day that I brought your divisions out of Egypt. Celebrate this day as a lasting law for the generations to come. In the first, you are to eat bread made without leaven, from the evening of the fourteenth day (Passover) until the evening of the twenty-first day. (As stated above DO NOT EAT LEAVEN ON PASSOVER THE EVENING OF THE 7TH.) For seven days no leaven is to be found in your homes. And whoever eats anything with leaven in it must be cut off from the community of Yisra’el, whether he is an ALIEN OR NATIVE-BORN. Eat nothing made with leaven. Wherever you live, you must eat unleavened bread.”

What is leaven?

Leaven or (Se’or in Hebrew) are leavening agents that cause dough to rise such as:

 (Yeast, baking powder, baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, horn salt etc.)

When leavening agents are combined with flour it becomes Chametz (Ha-mets) which is baked bread that has risen due to the leavening agents. We are to dispose of any Chametz that you have made yourself or any store bought baked breads, cakes, cake mixes containing leavening agents, also beware of matzah ball soup mixes because they contain sodium bicarbonate which is a leavening agent that we should not be eating during this feast.

Also, all of the leavening agents must be thrown away too and to be found NOWHERE in your homes. And do not give the chametz or the leavening agents to a neighbor to get them back afterwards. Throw them away as He commanded and He will provide the provisions for being obedient as always.

None of these items are supposed to even be seen anywhere on our property. We are to eat Matzah, which is called unleavened bread, for seven days which does not contain anything to make the dough rise. Simply flour, water, and maybe oil is all that is required to make unleavened bread.

Wine is popular to drink on Passover, though I would opt for grape juice as the fruit of the vine, because most wine contains yeast or a leavening agent during the fermentation process, which would break the command of no leavening agent. So if you can find a wine that doesn’t break the command then you should have no problems, otherwise I would drink grape juice.

1st Command Have no other gods before Me: (Sunday, Sports, Movies, cell phone)

Exodus 20:2-3

“I am YHWH your ELOHIM, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You have no other mighty ones against My face (have no other god before Me.)”

Psalms 106:19-20

“They made a calf in Horeb, and bowed down to a molded image. Thus they changed My esteem into the form of an ox that eats grass.”

The world today has forsaken YHWH for modern day golden calves in the form of sun worship (Sunday) to sports, entertainment, cell phones, movies, Facebook, video games, and pagan holidays not found in the Bible. First, I will cover sun worship that the world has been deceived into following, then in the latter portion of this article I’ll discuss sports, movies, and how it is a form of spiritual idolatry.

The world has disregarded the commandments of YHWH for the commands of Satan:

Isaiah 24:5

“For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torot (Plural form of Torah), changed the Law, broken the everlasting Covenant.”

Daniel 7:25

“And it speaks words against the Most High, and it wears out the saints of the Most High, and it intends to change the Appointed Times and LAW…). And this has already happened!

You can’t know YESHUA without observing The Appointed Times since they ALL point to Him!

If any believer thinks the Holy Days of YHWH are not important and apply to the Jews only; then I would like to say that I have proven from Scripture alone that Abel, Noah, and Abraham all kept the commandments before there ever was a Jew, which proves the Torah and Commands are eternal, they always existed. Rejection of His day’s means you cannot see the work YESHUA did for us and secondly the days that YHWH and YESHUA want to meet with us are called APPOINTED TIMES (Think of appointments).

And take a look YHWH’s plan and importance of this during creation in Genesis 1:14

“And ELOHIM, said, “Let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and APPOINTED TIMES, and for days and years…”

Sirach 43:6

“He made the moon ALSO to serve in its season for APPOINTED TIMES, and a sign for the world. From the moon is the SIGN OF FEASTS…” and Sirach 33:9 “And He turns seasons and Feasts. Some of them He has made High Days (1st and 7th day of Feast of Unleavened Bread for example are holy high days of no work), and sanctified them, and some of them He has made regular days.”

So YHWH gave us the Sun and moon to be for APPOINTED TIMES, signs, days, and years. So what are YHWH’s APPOINTED TIMES?

Leviticus 23:1-5

“And YHWH spoke to Moses saying, “Speak to the children of Yisra’el, and say to them, ‘The APPOINTED TIMES of YHWH, which you are to proclaim as holy gatherings, MY APPOINTED TIMES ARE THESE: Six days work is done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, a holy gathering. You DO NO WORK, it is a Sabbath to YHWH in all your dwellings. These are the APPOINTED TIMES of YHWH, holy gatherings which you are to proclaim at their APPOINTED TIMES (The Sabbath is every Saturday in its Appointed Time).  In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, between the evenings, is the Pesach (Passover) to YHWH.” And on the fifteenth day of this month is the Festival of Matzah (Feast of Unleavened Bread)-seven days you eat unleavened bread…”

Then the rest of that chapter YHWH lists the rest of His Appointed Times that Satan has gotten the world to reject. The others are Shavuot aka Pentecost, Yom Teruah aka Trumpets, Yom Kippur aka The Day of Atonement, Sukkot aka The Feast of Tabernacles, and the 8th Day Closing Assembly or the Last Great Day.

So, now we see that prophesy in Daniel 7:25 has already being worked out in modern day Christianity: “And it speaks words against the Most High, and it wears out the saints of the Most High, and it intends to change the Appointed Times and LAW.” And by rejecting the Torah believers are rejecting YESHUA at the same time since He is the written Word that became Living Flesh. Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was thrown out, that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan, who leads ALL THE WORLD ASTRAY.”

Galatians 3:27-29

“For as many of you as were immersed (baptized) into Messiah have put on Messiah. There is not Jew nor Greek, there is not slave nor free, there is not male and female, for you are all ONE in Messiah YESHUA. And if you are of Messiah, then you are SEED OF ABRAHAM, and heirs according the promise.”

So there is only ONE baptism and you were baptized into YESHUA and now belong to Him making you a seed of Abraham where there is no Jew nor Greek. So the question is are you doing what Abraham did? He obeyed the commandments before there ever was a Jew.

Genesis 26:5

“Because Abraham obeyed My voice and guarded My Charge: My Commands, My Laws, and My Torot (Plural form of Torah.)”

Sirach 44:19-20

“Abraham was a great father of many people; there was none like him in esteem; who KEPT THE LAW OF THE MOST HIGH, and was in Covenant with Him.”

YHWH knew this would happen: Isaiah 46:10

“Declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not been done, saying, ‘My counsel stands, and all My delight I do.”

When you don’t follow the commands of YHWH and walk in truth following YESHUA then that means you have accepted the way of the enemy, which means the worship of a mighty one that is NOT YHWH; therefore breaking the 1st Commandment. YESHUA scolded the assembly of Laodicea for being lukewarm trying to straddle the fence. ELOHIM wants ALL of you, not the one who has one foot serving YHWH and the other serving the enemy. Now are will list some other examples of believers are not putting YHWH first below.

So what does YHWH think of those who worship the sun and have we been lied to?

I will be going over in detail about the Sabbath Day when covering the fourth commandment, but this correlates with having no other mighty one before YHWH, because it has to do with worship of another that is not Him! It has to do with worshiping the sun deity and standing behind the sun deity is Satan.

Deuteronomy 4:19

“And lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens, and shall see the SUN, and the moon, and the stars-all of the host of the heavens and you be drawn away into bowing down to them and serving them…” Those who have rejected the Sabbath Day have bowed before the sun in the spiritual realm and in their hearts. 

Ezekiel 8:16

“And He brought me into the inner court of the House of YHWH. And there, at the door of the Heykal (Temple) of YHWH, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the Temple of YHWH and their faces toward the east, and they were bowing themselves eastward to the SUN.”

2 Esdras 6:45-46

“On the fourth day You commanded that the sun should shine, and the moon give its light, and the stars should be in order; and commanded them to DO SERVICE TO MAN, who was to be made.”

Notice how the sun, moon, and stars were created to serve mankind? Yet, mankind is serving and worshiping what was created to serve us? Every culture worships the sun, which is worship of the creation instead of the Creator. Satan through his deceptions and indoctrinating children in schools has made the sun the focus of creation. And he accomplished this by getting the scientist and many others to lie and say that the earth revolves around the sun. But we know in Scripture that the sun is the one doing the moving and NOT the earth. Why because the earth is fixed on pillars and does not move:

Job 9:6

“Who shakes the earth out of its place, and it’s COLUMNS/PILLARS TREMBLE…

1 Samuel 2:8

“For the SUPPORTS of the earth belong to YHWH, and He HAS PUT THE WORLD UPON THEM.” YHWH put the earth upon the supports of the earth and Job says that they supports/columns/pillars tremble!

Proof the sun moves!

Joshua 10:12-13

“Then Joshua spoke to YHWH in the day when YHWH gave the Amorites over to the children of Yisra’el, and he said before the eyes of Yisra’el, “SUN, STAND STILL over Gib’on; and MOON, in the valley of Ayalon.” So the SUN STOOD STILL AND THE MOON STOPPED.” So if the sun is stationary and the earth revolves around it according to scientist, then why did the sun stand still and the moon stop?

Job 9:7

“Who commands the SUN, AND IT DOES NOT RISE; and He seals up the stars.” So we see here in Job that YHWH can command the sun to rise or sit still just as He did with Joshua.

Sirach 26:16

“As the SUN WHEN IT RISES high in the heavens…” And 43:2 “The sun when it appears, showing a marvelous instrument as ITS RISING.”

Sirach 48:22-23

“As Isaiah the prophet, who was great and trustworthy in his vision, had commanded him. In his time the SUN WENT BACKWARD…”

 We were taught the exact opposite in school weren’t we? The sun is moving, it is not sitting stationary. I pray this opens your eyes to the deception and lies of making the sun the focus as many have been led astray to worship it either directly or choosing the wrong day of worship.

The Sabbath Day is the FOURTH COMMANDMENT but has been rejected by most of the world for Sun worship on Sun-day. So this makes sense that the sun, moon, and stars were created on the FOURTH DAY and that the plagues in Revelation at the sound of the FOURTH TRUMPET and the FOURTH BOWL of wrath both affects the SUN, moon, and stars. Since the world has trusted and worshiped the Sun, moon, and stars and rejected YHWH then then they will be affected by them. . Remember YHWH says in Exodus 20:5 “For I, YHWH your ELOHIM, am a jealous EL (God), visiting the wickedness of the ancestors on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me.”

The result of sun worship

Revelation 8:12

‘And the fourth messenger (angel) sounded, and a third of the SUN, was struck, and third of the MOON, and a third of the STARS, so that a third of them were darkened. And a third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.”

Revelation 16:8-9

“And the fourth messenger poured out his bowl on the SUN, and it was given to him to burn men with fire. And men were burned with great heat, and they blasphemed the Name of YHWH who possesses authority over these plagues. And they did not repent, to give Him esteem.”

All of these pagan holidays including Sunday worship (Xmas, Easter, mother’s day, father’s day etc.) all have ties to sun worship, so since the world wants to continue worshiping them, this is what YHWH says:

Judges 10:14

“Go and cry out to the mighty ones which you have chosen, let them save you in your time of distress.”

Entertainment is put before YHWH

Satan has the whole world distracted with all kinds of entertainment from sports, music, movies, porn, reality TV, cars, and others serve their bank accounts. Others play video games all day on their phone or entertainment system, others live on Facebook and share their life every two minutes making them live on the app. This is idle time that should be used to read Scripture and get to know your Creator. All of these are idols that you are putting before your ELOHIM. You must remove them ASAP so you can focus on YESHUA The Way, The Truth, and The Life Who is the only One that can save you. Trust me, when judgment comes NONE of this entertainment will mean anything to anyone.

 Satan loves this, because people can stay up all day and night watching their favorite show, all of their sports, or be on their cell phones being entertained for countless hours, but when it comes time to reading the Bible they fall asleep in 5 minutes. Why? Because this is spiritual warfare as Paul spoke of in Ephesians 6! Satan doesn’t care if you spend your time on his vices that lead to DEATH, but will try to prevent you from getting close to YESHUA that leads to LIFE! It is said that if you give the public food and entertainment then you can control them and they will be in a coma to what’s going on around them.

Examining sports

Sports is a distraction set up by the pagan nations (using Greeks during the time of the Maccabees). The Book of Maccabees goes into great detail about how sports was never intended for YHWH’s people. But as usual Yisra’el self-assimilated meaning they wanted to be like the pagan nations around them. (I have discussed this topic in an earlier article titled “Sports a demonic distraction.”)

Maccabees 1:12-15 says something shocking

“The proposal was agreeable; some from among the Jewish people promptly went to the king, and he authorized them to introduce the way of living of the Gentiles. Thereupon they built a gymnasium in Jerusalem according to the Gentile custom. They covered over the mark of their circumcision and abandoned the holy covenant; they allied themselves with the Gentiles and sold themselves into wrong doing.”

Maccabees 4:18

“Now when the sovereign was present at the quadrennial games that was held at Tsor…”

What are quadrennial games?

Quadrennial games is defined as the Olympics which includes all sports from basketball, baseball, hockey, golf, swimming, world cup, lacrosse, rugby, winter Olympics, yachting, putt-putt, volleyball, water polo, cricket, and youth games to name a few.

It’s interesting to note that the Book of Maccabees explains the Greek and Roman origin of sports and how it’s a gentile custom that the people of Yisra’el have learned just like the pagan holidays. And I remember years ago when I WAS still watching sports, there being a Super Bowl ad that had Peyton Manning and John Malkovich promoting the game in the Roman Coliseum in the background and another commercial had Beyoncé, Brittany Spears, and Pink dressed up as gladiators with spears and shields going into the Roman coliseum as if they were going to fight, then they start singing “We will rock you” as the crowd goes wild. The powers that be behind the sports world was paying homage to the Greek and roman culture for the games and believers missed the message in plain sight. Which further proves that the people of YHWH should have no involvement.  

Satan is not going to make you worship him directly, so he has set up distractions to make you do it indirectly, because the further away from our Creator YHWH he can get you is a win for him.

How much time are you spending be entertained?

Joshua 1:8

“Do not let this Book of the Torah depart from your mouth, but you shall MEDITATE ON IT DAY AND NIGHT, so that you guard to do according to all that is written I it. For then you shall make your way prosperous and act wisely.”

How can you meditate on YHWH’s Word and keep the commandments if all of your time is spent being entertained? Sports fanatics will watch football for example on Sunday all day for 10-12 hours from kickoff to the final game, Monday night football for another 3-4 hours, Thursday night football, for another 3-4 hours, then College football on Saturday (breaking the Sabbath) all day for another 10-12 hours. That equates to more than 24 hours of sports not including basketball or any other sports (quadrennial games). Then that same believer will spend an hour in church then go home and watch more sports. So on average that would be 23 hours of sports and 1 hour to our Messiah YESHUA, which would be defined as idolatry. You have given sports ALL of your time and have neglected serving YESHUA, reading your Scriptures, and figuring out what your gift is in the Body of Messiah, and using them for His Kingdom.

Ephesians 4:11-12 which says

“And He Himself gave some as emissaries (person sent on special mission/minister, some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as shepherds and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of service to a building up of the Body of ha’Mashiach”

You don’t have to physically bow down before something in order to make it your mighty One. If YESHUA were to come while you were at a sporting event do you think you will be found blameless before Him? Or do you think He would say, why weren’t you using this time to pray, to read, to proclaim My Name to the lost, was this a proper way to spend your time? Or did you put the modern day gladiators above Me? These are serious questions to ask yourselves!

Also sports teams and athletes are idolized to the point of worship as fans wear jerseys of their favorite players, put posters on their walls, wear team apparel from head to toe, paint team logos on their cars, collecting Jordan shoes like a shrine and have flags on their homes. Yet, YHWH says wear tassels/fringes/tsitsit that gets rejected! The world will idolize a player by following him through college, tracking his position all the way up through the draft, they can tell you what school he attended, what his 40 time was, what is major was and what team wants to draft him. They know more about a human than about YHWH’s Word. None of these athletes can save any of us, only YESHUA can! People will even go as far as to say “that is my idol!” Even the TV shows “American IDOL” What have you just done? Broken the 1st Commandment!

Eye opener for me!

I remember years ago when I used to watch sports as a big-time Redskins fan, I was at the training camp when Robert Griffin was labeled as “The Savior” for the Redskin fan-base after so many mediocre seasons, and we know the only SAVIOR IS YESHUA and as Titus 2:11 says “For the SAVING GIFT of YHWH has appeared to all men.”

 As Robert Griffin was walking across the field a young child was screaming RG3’s name out loudly for him to come over and sign his football. He was screaming at the top of his lungs like nothing else in the world mattered, as if RG3 was bigger than life. Seconds later the man standing behind me said “Watching RG3 walking across the field is like watching Jesus Christ walk across the field.” This man turned out to be the child’s dad! I knew immediately from that point on that something was seriously wrong. Parents are supposed to teach their children the way to go and bring them up in the Word of YHWH as commanded in Deuteronomy 6:4-9, and worshiping a man is not the way to do it.

Watching sports is lust of the eyes because we are entertained when we watch it. The fan has a strong lust or desire to watch their teams play and celebrate it with great pomp (Super Bowls, Championships etc.) Does the world love sports? Yes! 1 John 2:15-16

“Do not love the world nor that which is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is NOT in him. Because all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the yes, and the pride of life is not of the Father but is out the world.”

Bragging rights, championship rings, the hall of fame with busts of all the players, even bragging about clothes, how many pair of Jordan’s you own, money, or even the expensive car you drive are all the pride of life.

James 4:4

“Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with ELOHIM? Whoever therefore intends to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of ELOHIM.”

Sports is of this world and the scripture from the Book of Maccabees is further evidence, because sports is not for followers of YESHUA!  It is hard for people to let sports go because they love it so much and I’ve heard people especially believers in YESHUA say “They could never let sports ago because they are too attached” or “that’s the one thing I cannot let go outside of eating pork or shrimp.” Such words should never be uttered from a believer! We should never love anything on the earth that much that we cannot let it go. We were called to be set apart from the world and nothing separates us from the world when believers watch sports too! We cannot tell the difference between a believer and a non-believer anymore.

There was a news report during the time I was watching sports of a man getting beat up by a bunch of fans in Boston simply because he said that Tom Brady isn’t the greatest quarterback. Is that loving your neighbor as yourself? Roger Goodell himself said that he wanted to set Tom Brady up as a” king.” And there is only ONE KING and that is YESHUA! See those in charge of sports know what they are doing by making these guys bigger than life and even on the same pedestal as YESHUA. Wake-up and realize the deception and do not put anyone or your time above YHWH!

Examining movies

Hollywood is orchestrated by Satan which he uses to keep us in the world and cause us to sin. The movies produced promote demons, ghosts, necromancy, greed, money, vanity, rape hatred, violence, homosexuality, adultery, fornication, abuse, just to name a few. Scripture tells us to keep your eyes from all evil, therefore we shouldn’t even be watching these abominations.

Psalm 101:3

“I will set no wicked thing before my eyes”

1 Thessalonians 5:22

“Abstain from every form of wickedness”

Legend has it that Nemi (holy wood) hunted souls for Diana with its beauty, the same way Hollywood hunts souls by deceiving believers in Messiah and other lost souls. “Nemi/Nemus” known as (holy wood) which Los Angeles is modeled after called theirs Hollywood. Hollywood is derived from the Rome’s Nemus (holy wood) which is an exact replica of what we see in Rome.

Both locations are in the middle of the groves on top of the hills. Nemi has a lake in the middle of the groves called “Diana’s mirror”. The emperors from around the world would sail into the lake of Diana’s mirror to assert themselves as “stars”. Now we can see the connection with the term “star” we hear about in America where Hollywood actors/actresses want to become “stars” and also the show “Dancing with the stars”. We have to remember that scripture says there is nothing new under the sun which is found in Ecclesiastes 1:9

“What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.”

They have already admitted that the movie industry models itself after Babylon. They even boldly put a huge picture of the Tower of Babel on the stage for those receiving the awards and nobody in the audience even knew what it was. Even the Oscar award is a modern representation of Egyptian deities.

Even at one of the award shows the announcer said to the crowd “You godless, sodomites!” He literally told the audience that they have forsaken YHWH for the Babylonian deities and again putting another mighty one before Him. Then he mentioned them coming to worship their gods! Which are the actors who were coming to receive their idol Oscar award. Yet, the whole audience laughed it off, however the announcers were telling the truth, which is known as “hiding the truth in plain sight” as they lead them down a path of destruction. And movies, reality TV, shows with endless amount of seasons will take up one’s time by binge watching ALL Day instead of reading Scripture. It’s just another form to take your attention away from what really matters.

1 Corinthians 10:21

“You are not able to drink the cup of the Adon (Master) and the cup of demons, you are not able to partake of the table of the Adon and of the table of demons.” Choose which side you are going to be on!

Baruk 4:7-8

“For you provoked He who made you by offering to demons, and not to ELOHIM. You have forgotten the everlasting ELOHIM, who raised you up…”

Baruk 1:17-22

“For we have sinned before YHWH, and disobeyed Him, and have not listened to the voice of YHWH our ELOHIM, to walk in the Commands that He gave us openly. Since the day that YHWH brought our ancestors out of the land of Egypt, to this PRESENT DAY, we have been disobedient to YHWH our ELOHIM, and we have been negligent, by not obeying His voice. Therefore the evils clinged to us, and the curse, which YHWH appointed by Moses His servant at the time that he brought our ancestors out of the land of Egypt, to give us a land that flows with milk and honey, as it is to this day. Nevertheless we have not listened to all the words of the prophets, whom He sent to us; but every man followed the IMAGINATION OF HIS OWN WICKED HEART, to serve foreign mighty ones, and to do evil in the sight of YHWH our ELOHIM.”

Are you going to give your life to YESHUA or on these modern day gods, foreign might ones that have been mentioned in this article? Is there a distraction or some sort of entertainment that is preventing you from getting know YHWH? Are they ruling your life becoming your mighty one and breaking the first commandment? Examine your life today, repent, and cling to YESHUA because only He can save us! Pick up your execution stake and DIE TO SELF and not LIVE TO SELF, just as He did for us.
